There are several tools and resources to use when you want to better understand your personality, motivations, and interests. So many that determining the right tools to achieve the outcome that you specifically are looking for is near impossible and certainly overwhelming. Not only does Jen know the tools available, but she also knows what to use and when to use them for her clients. She masterfully determines what you need even if you are not quite sure yourself... even more, Jen has wonderful personal experience in business and life and is a student of her craft and clients. The results I have achieved working with Jen are beyond what I expected. She holds me accountable and knows when I need a softer approach. I was very pleased with the results from my coaching experience with Jen Slagle. This was my first time having a coach and overall I found it to be quite valuable. The Energy Leadership Index was a great tool for learning and was fast to take and gave me helpful feedback on my strengths and ways that I approach life and work, especially how I handle stress and challenging situations and relationships. What I liked best was that it was very thorough and to the point and quickly helped me become aware of things about myself that were good to have pointed out. I started working with Jen after being out of work for a year due to our company sold. Having been with the company for 18 years; I was tired, burned out from healthcare and the Pandemic, and had no idea what I wanted to be when I grew up. When I found Jen, I was going through a time when I felt very stuck in my work atmosphere. I struggled to find other like-minded people who had viewpoints or experiences similar to mine. I would bring a perspective that wasn't the same as the leadership, and felt shut down, which led me to feel like I was on an island. And my personal life was being impacted by needing to care for a sick parent. Once I took the time to slow down and dissect what was happening with me internally, I could feel a shift. Determining where my thoughts and feelings were coming from helped me understand what to do next. And that shifted my energy into a more productive state. Jen helped me connect my passion with work, and I have felt an increase in energy and inspiration! Overall, I feel better. I can observe and feel what makes my energy shift, and I can become more productive.
