Today I just left this office with the most free and uplifting feeling that I have had in the longest time. I have been dealing with a lot of financial issues lately and had nowhere to turn and felt like I was never going to get out of the situation I was in, I called this office after speaking to a few different law firms and the staff at this office is so caring, passionate, supportive, and just all around wonderful people. After they took the time to speak to me and I mean I had this woman on the phone for over an hour, I felt a huge relief and weight lifted off my shoulders. She answered all of my questions and just honestly made me feel like a normal person again after I have been feeling like the lowest piece of scum for being in the predicament I am in. They set me up with an appointment immediately unlike other offices I have called who told me I would have to wait a few weeks to see an attorney knowing I had one week to file or I would be homeless with my three children. I came into the office and sat and met with Mr. Jenkins, he is such a kind, understanding, and sweet man. He actually sat and listened to me even though I know I was babbling on like a maniac. He definitely made me feel a sense of relief and ease. After taking the time to thoroughly explain the process and make sure I understood what exactly I had to do on my end to have a successful bankruptcy I was able to leave knowing I can actually get a full nights sleep tonight because Mr.Jenkins and his staff helped me when no one else would!! I highly disagree with some of the reviews I have recently read however with that all being said i would highly recommend this law firm to anyone in a situation you feel you have nowhere to turn because Mr.Jenkins absolutely does what it takes to help people and honestly truly cares about their clients! :) read more

This year my family and I almost lost our home. I was at wits end and felt I had no options, I was desperate and depressed like alot of people in bad financial situations, I had not where to turn. I got a flyer in the mail and called Jenkins firm. The paralegal I spoke with was kind and helpful. She sent me a book and explained in detail what options I might have and set me up with and appointment to meet with an attorney. Now I have to say they asked me to bring in certain papers and I had to pay some money, but THEY SAVED MY HOME! I can't thank them enough. I got into this bad situation, they helped me and called me often to make sure I made my payments and followed through on my end. You have to follow their instructions to get what they need to present for to the judge to have your case go well. I understood it was partly up to me to get myself out of this by providing them with the proper information. They texted me and called often, they were caring and involved. They have a great receptionist who called me to confirm all my appointments and spent as much time as needed to straighten out the credit issues I had. My name is "D" and I got myself into too much debt and had to file a Chapter 13. It was designed to rearraign my debt and pay it off, they were up front with everything. I met two times, first with an associate firm lawyer and then with Mr. Jenkins. Because I was able to pay the agreed upon terms for 5 years, I later would pay it off in 4, giving me my release letter and then my credit shot back up in a few months. The help and assistance was great, the support was there and I made it through it all. There are some bad reviews out there, and I only want to say that you have to have your information and documents in order and be able to pay your Chapter 13., if it is a Chapter 7, this is a whole different ball game for anyone. I had a pleasant experience, when filing bankruptcy you have to be ahead of the curve on these matter, not behind it. I had not one problem, just remained on top of things, because I wanted to get back on track. They would not have five location for many years if they didn't know what they were doing.
