I made my first appointment with Dr. Jenkins over 4 months ago.... I was in a lot of pain.... I could barely stand up straight and literally didn't know what to do or where to go for help. A friend recommended Dr. Jenkins. I immediately called the office and Linzi was so professional and helpful to get my first appointment set up that same afternoon. When I got to the office Linzi was once again so friendly and helpful and Dr. Jenkins saw me right away. He asked me a series of questions and took x-rays and after reviewing everything, I was so very relieved when he said he would be able to help me... I completed the treatment plan that Dr. Jenkins put together for me along with some stretches to perform at home... I highly recommend jenkins chiropractic to everyone. I couldn't move almost 2 weeks ago at all... last week I couldn't sit, twist, get in my car, or lay down. this week, I had 3 adjustments done. He did the adjustment in how I felt comfortable so there wasn't a ton of pain. the 1st one I had to just sit, I couldn't lay down. The 2nd one I was able to lay but had to slide off the table onto the floor to get up. I trusted Dr Jenkins to help with my healing process and so glad I did. I am able to lay down, with it being a bit uncomfortable but I can still do it, I can now get in and out of my car and my kids don't have to hear my groan for the 10 mins it use to take me. I have found our new "home" for our chiropractor since we moved to Cedar Rapids. We absolutely LOVE Dr Jenkins and Kari! They are so nice!!! Very flexible with the option to schedule and appt or walk in. Very gentle, but gets the job done. All 3 of our boys see Dr Jenkins. I was never a "Go to the Chiropractor guy", until I had a back issue that was only getting worse. Dr. Jenkins took the time to talk to me and help me understand what was wrong and said he could help me. That was now a few years ago and Im a believer today. I really like this chiropractor. He listens to my problems, does a full scan of your spine to see what's going on and sets a good schedule, after the worst was corrected I'm down to one visit a week which I need with all the lifting and moving I do. The receptionist is friendly as is the doctor and there's a great massage bed thing after. Best of all the whole thing takes like 5-10 minutes max after initial exam.
