For some reason, I felt like I needed to get the head shot done IMMEDIATELY.. and so, even though it was winter... I arranged with Mira to have a session done at 7a on a cold Saturday morning. It was 11 degrees out. She showed up at a cool (and cold) outdoor location. She was super sweet, and tried to assuage my concerns. I don't know how her fingers didn't fall off as she worked the camera... I was reaching my limit as far as cold, and I don't get cold so easily. But, I didn't feel rushed at all. Even when I was walking like an nonagenarian on the icy ground, she was patient and encouraging. Very approachable and real, and talented, she is. He was professional, reasonable in price, and an overall really nice guy. He did both our engagement and wedding photos. Tim has a great eye for capturing special moments and he's creative and unique in his approach. For my wedding, I asked for less "posed" shots and more candid shots to capture the experience.
