I would really love to give this local flower shop a 5-star rating but I just can't. This is the second time my husband goes in and buys a beautiful arrangement (not inexpensive, either!) that begins drooping and losing petals after 24-36 hours. These flowers were brought to me Saturday, and between Sunday night and Monday morning, sunflowers were already losing petals and there were dried, drooping flowers- and I don't mean a cool-looking drooping-style flower. The first time I sent a picture and they apologized and provided me a lovely bouquet that lasted over a week. Honestly, I didn't have the energy to report this purchase, too. What does this tell you? After growing up with Jennie's, it makes me sad to say I will not purchase from them anymore. Some advice---don't ever get hydrangeas in your arrangement- they are drooped and closed the next day. read more

I called a few places and the prices weren't that great or the customer service wasn't that great either. I called Jennie's and they gave me a great price on the bouquet I wanted plus a dozen of carnations as well. It has been a week and the arrangements have lasted and look as good as the day I picked them up. They even gave me some lilies that havent bloomed yet but have now started to open up! The bouquet was in a larger vase but we downsized them once the show was over. As someone that loves floral centerpieces, this flower shop is my go to place and I will be ordering from them again. The flowers are beautiful but the customer service is terrible! I chose Jennie's as the florist for my wedding. I was specific with what I wanted in person and by email, and also received the invoice which stated I wanted a cascading bouquet. My flowers were absolutely beautiful, the arch was so pretty, bridesmaids bouquets were gorgeous, and the boutonnières were perfect. But I did not receive the cascading bridal bouquet I asked for. After ordering, I asked if I could be sent photos of the pieces when they were finished so that I could see what they look like before they were delivered. This was to prevent being sent flowers that were not how I ordered or envisioned them. But that's what happened. I was sent a photo of my bouquet and i immediately responded that it doesn't look cascading and asked for it to be corrected. I did not receive a response, so they added a couple of twigs falling at the bottom but it was in no way cascading. I was so devastated seeing these show up at my wedding, I had to spend so much of my time trying to fix it but it wasn't even close to what I wanted, ordered, or paid for. I reached out to the person who did my flowers after the wedding to see how this mistake could have been made. Many excuses were made, but they did not accept ownership for creating an entirely different bouquet than what I ordered. I was not taken seriously because they thought the flowers were beautiful. But they were not what I have always dreamed of for my wedding day and I feel so sad every time I see them in my photos. They did give me a very small partial refund, but it means nothing to me. I feel so disrespected, so hurt that they let this happen especially after she sent me the photo the day before and I responded immediately asking for it to be fixed. I would never trust Jennie's with anything so important. They clearly don't care about providing what you ask for on such a special occasion. This has been a go to place since I was a teenager. Walked in today to purchase flowers for a special occasion and was attended by the rudest person I have encountered in several years. The other young lady told me the lady with the attitudes name was Sherry. Asked Sherry a few questions and she answered very rude and disrespectful as if I was bothering her at work. Then sherry decided to go back and talk about me with another employee about how I made her walk back and forth. I apologize I cannot see what you have in the back cooler cases sherry from the front cases. If this is the kind of service I can expect to walk into I rather go out to the side of the road and pluck flowers from the weeds growing on the side walk.
