But from day 1 to close, she has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and great with communication. During the first initial looking around phase, she was super responsive and had a great amount of availability. We even looked around on Fourth of July weekend, and she was able to fit us in. She was also communicative after we had a big storm and many of the houses that we were going to look at were without power. Lacy doesn't pull any punches, in the best possible way. She will tell you if it's a good deal or a bad deal and will give her honest feedback when looking at houses. She never had any biases towards any house based on seller or agent. She was happy to look at the houses we wanted to look at as well. We had some maybes, some instant nos, and a few yeses. She was happy to explain everything in detail early in the process and could answer any questions we had. We did not feel pressure to make decisions quickly, and she was very patient in the whole process. When we decided to put an offer in, she worked double time to make sure that everything was facilitated. She truly has provided white glove service as she called it, where I didn't need to pick up the phone once. Everything was handled- she has a guy for everything. We had a pre approval at another bank but switched to her recommended lender because it was a better deal. She surrounds herself with excellence, so all her resources were top notch. In all phases of the process, I never once felt like I couldn't ask a question or that anything was being hidden. I was never shocked when anything came up. I felt like I had a modicum of control in a process that was super stressful and felt like a whirlwind at times. She helped us through getting inspections, getting necessary repairs completed, speaking with the seller and agent on our behalf, and basically let us step aside and focus on packing and getting things wrapped up at our current place. Even up to when we were closing, she was still helping by providing various resources with regards to cleaning, electricians, moving, etc. I get the feeling that she truly loves what she does, and it comes across in every interaction we have had with her. I can also rest assured that she isn't the type that will shut down and move on instantly once the house closes. She provides as much support after the sale as we need. We hope to keep our house for the long haul. But I know we will be able to call Lacy whenever we need her again!
