She was rude, snarky, incompetent, and unprofessional. I paid her $40 for a notarization. She never had the manners to say please or thank you. She also refused to email a copy of it to more than one person, saying it was "too time consuming". Was this woman born on the planet STUPID? The only reason I did not yell at her, was I needed this. What a moron. Furthermore, she screwed up the spelling of the LONE email address she did claim to send the email to. This, despite the fact I WROTE down the full email address, in BLOCK letters. Would have been nice to have an alternative form of payment. Marriage licence office is only open until 3:30 each day. They're closed for most of the days in December.
