Afterwards we self-toured the galleries which included lots of artwork, some displayed in a connected walkway between the two mansions, and the rest were located in the East mansion which has been converted into galleries, art studios, offices, and a gift shop. It took us almost 2 hours (yes, you read that correctly) to go 2 miles to get into the venue. We sat in traffic anxiously awaiting our arrival. That was our only bad experience during our trip there. Maybe have someone directing traffic at the stop light? That seemed to be the main problem with the traffic congestion. Once you make it inside of the venue it's fantastic! It's honestly like a time warp. You walk into the woods and most of the employees are dressed in old time clothing. They have tons of vendors from multiple different states. They have live demos with craftsman showing off their skills as well as musical entertainment. They do have delicious food stands to choose from as well. But be prepared to wait in line. We stood in line for about 30-45 for our lunch. You wouldn't think that many people would be out in the woods in the middle of nowhere looking at crafts but boy was I wrong. There had to be multiple of thousands of people there. My favorite stand (pictured) was filled with herbs and spices. A close second was the plant nursery. They really do have something for everyone here. I should add that it's $10 a person to get in and you literally park in a field. It can be a struggle walking from the field parking into the venue if you are handicapped. They did offer handicap parking, but it was completely filled whenever we arrived. They offer a golf cart ride for people that are handicapped, but they just couldn't assist everyone who needed it. Anyways, I would definitely recommend checking this festival out. We are already planning on attending the next festival for Christmas!

A…read morefew things to note: 1.) this is more of a walk-through haunted house/maze type of thing than it is a haunted hayride, so be prepared to walk quite a bit. There are some scary things along the short hayride, but then you get off and do the walk through part. 2.) if you are sensitive to strobe lights there are MANY throughout the corn maze part. 3.) buy your tickets online in advance and save yourself from waiting in a the much longer line to purchase them there. It would be worth the wait, regardless, but if you have a fidgety kid purchasing online in advance will be a big help. 4.) bottom floor of the main barn consists of the concession stand, chairs and tables to sit and eat at and the restrooms. Top floor had pumpkins, Indian corn, cornstalks and a few vendors. Nice selection of pumpkins; we bought a 45 lb one! (P.S. they take cash and cards.) This was our first year going to Cheeseman's and we plan to return every single year going forward

In 2025, my husband and I attended the fair on its second day, and it was not crowded at all. We never had to wait in any lines of customers, which we greatly appreciated. We enjoyed eating foods such as a Korean corn dog, candy funnel cake, Greek gyro, and Dole whip. We also enjoyed seeing and petting farm animals and getting a caricature drawing of myself.

They charge everyone different prices for the same size spots and even don't charge some depending on what they have done for board members. If I could have given a negative score I would have. Also spoke with a patron of over 20 years yesterday. She said how disappointed she was with the fair and she would not be back in the future.
