The place is not fancy but I don't care if I get great help! I was considering to now always come here if I have an issue even though I live at the other end of town but Yasmin was even so kind to recommend me a good therapist closer to my home. First off, you cannot arrive early. I showed up 15 minutes early and they keep their door locked. They don't want you waiting inside before your appointments. This is kind of a whatever thing, but creates some problems. Since I now have to time my departure to be let in the door at a reasonable time, as opposed to standing outside in the cold for 15 minutes. I was late for my last massage due to a bus delay. I arrived 15 minutes late, but called before the appointment time to let them know. I would love to be able to arrive early, but because of the aforementioned policy this seemed inevitable. 30 minutes into the 45 minute massage I booked and what do you know, massage over. $105 for a 30 minute neck massage (going up to $110 October 1st). Without any communication just sent me on my way. Normally, I'd take responsibility for losing this time but c'mon. They have barely any clients, and you'd think they would be more lenient. Especially since they have several rooms that are all empty, and no appointments after me. Well actually maybe they do have more clients but they're all just wandering meaninglessly in the street, waiting for their exact appointment time so the door can unlock for them. Anyways. The point is this place is a 3/5. Not a 1, not a 5, but an honest 3. If you can find somewhere else that's more practical I highly advise it. I'll be looking elsewhere for my future business because I cannot deal with the awkwardness.

Dara and Channy were absolutely professional and fantastic. I had a lot of muscle soreness from exercise recently and the massage was so therapeutic I felt so much better after the treatment. Pricing was reasonable and the location was easy to find. Parking on nearby streets was easy considering parking overall in Vancouver is a pain in the butt. With the massage I specifically requested treatment at the neck, shoulders and the legs. She was able to apply the perfect amount of pressure. Her technique with stretching my soft tissues were also very much appreciated. I have had tons of massage therapies before, including multiple ones recently in Bali, but today's massage ranks one of the best ones I have ever had. It's not in a luxury resort, not in some fancy establishment, but you will get luxury treatment. I am very appreciative of their expertise and care today. I expected to be just a relaxing massage with fancy creams and all, but it was much more than that. I am an athlete with a desk job where I am in front of a computer for 40+ hours and do sports 2-3 times a week. I got a great combination for relaxation and tension release of muscles that were tight due to a lot of sports injuries. It might have been the best massage I've ever had.
