Jennifer works at all of my "knots" and tight spots in my neck, back and legs. She is very gentle yet firm enough that I know she is in the right spots. My body always feels so much better after I have seen her and received a treatment. Her space is cozy and comfortable with very relaxing music playing in the background. Jennifer Mumford has been a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since August of 2016. She graduated from a three year program at Sir Sandford Fleming College in April of 2016 with Dean's List recognition. At Fleming, Jennifer studied in aspects of anatomy, physiology, pathology, hydrotherapy, and therapeutic exercise. Jennifer chose Massage Therapy because she is dedicated to helping people and being in a career where she is always learning.

I have been seeing Jennifer for roughly 3 years and there's a reason. She provides fantastic treatments!! It is because of Jennifer and her treatments that I no longer experience the frequent, debilitating migraines and headaches. While I was pregnant she was super accomodating to my needs of pregnancy and was still able to treat me throughout the entire pregnancy. Then post pregnancy she once again was super accomodating to my post c-section recovery. I look forward to my monthly massage treatments with Jennifer. I know I will ALWAYS leave feeling incredible, much less tense and generally well rested (I frequently doze off because I'm so relaxed). She is hands down the best RMT I have ever been to and will ALWAYS recommend her to anyone I talk to. Book with Jennifer! You won't regret it read more
