I spent 6 weeks in the county this summer and was lucky enough to stumble upon this studio where I joined in on a group class twice a week.  I am recovering from a pregnancy-related injury to my lower back and Vivian was just incredibly knowledgable about the sorts of exercises and stretches I needed to do to engage the correct muscles instead of continually injuring myself.  I've worked with two physical therapists postpartum and while they were both very helpful, the pilates classes ultimately provided me with the most pain relief.   PEC is incredibly lucky to have someone with so much experience, training and empathy.  I hope I can find someone even partially as wonderful now that I'm back home.

I have been suffering for TEN years not being able to get mainstream doctors to help me. I saw Dr. Pascaline 10 days ago and my BP is already in the normal range after following her recommendations. She felt a node on my thyroid that no one else has bothered with and now, because of her, I'm going to have an ultrasound done. Her knowledge is only surpassed by her bedside manner. There's not enough room to list all the positives. I highly recommend her to anyone that wants to get to and maintain good health.

One member of our group forgot her flip flops and was able to buy a pair. The robe was soooo comfortable and I loved the hood. There was a main pool which was warm, a hot tub, a cold tub, and a cool pool. There was a dry sauna and then a steam room and scrub room inside. I also noticed service rooms but we didn't book any services. We went through the cycles a few times and I will say I wish there was more room for chilling between cycles to fully gain the benefits. The cold tub was also not very cold. We went upstairs to the restaurant and had some bites and drinks. All were delicious. We got a little lost and confused looking for the lakeside sauna. Better signage would help. I also didn't love that we could see into the cottages. If I were a guest staying there, I wouldn't like that.

They charged me $600 including initial visit to remove a molar when I had lost my benefits for a couple years. The female dentist that performed the work was great but that is a huge amount of money for a simple extraction. My wife had a terrible experience with a male dentist there too. He was very rude to her and his staff. Trust me look elsewhere unless you like throwing good money away.
