The one in Fairfield is much newer and updated and I go more frequently but it doesn't have its own page. I have gotten powder gels at both and they last for-ev-er! Seriously, I have had a set from here for over a month before and usually by week three they are chipping and peeling other places. The staff is a little nicer and more attentive in Fairfield too. I would give no stars if I could. Absolutely the worst nail salon I've been to. Last time I got a gel mani that took not even five minutes and was all messed up and when I said something to the guy who did them he just looked at me like he was confused. I just received a pedicure and was surprised when she put hand sanitizer on my feet? My feet are way more dried out then they were when I got here. I will never return here . read more

Actually the worst salon I have ever went to. I have gotten a regular mani pedi, gel pedi, and acrylic manicure here. Every time i went i remembered why i hate this place. They are the type of people who just want to get their job done. if you have an eye for professional work and like your nails done right, DO NOT go here. not only do they use low grade monomer and polymer, they don't seem to have any education on how to file a nail. both me and my mother had this issue where the lady thought our toenails should be filed inward. when my nail started growing i had THE WORST ingrown i couldn't wear closed toed shoes. never have i had this issue at a quality salon. for the gel, they never paint it evenly it's like they can't even see what they're painting. i was shocked when i heard the price of my gel pedicure was $40 for a single stroke on each toenail. if you care about your body and quality please don't ever come here. please help bring our REAL salons back read more

I went last week for a gel manicure and a pedicure. About days later, the gel polish on my nails peeled off in whole pieces. I went back to have them fixed. Luckily, they didn't charge me to fix them but today they all started peeling off. I am highly dissatisfied with the job they did and would never ever go back to this place. read more

So I got my nails done last Friday because I had just gotten engaged and wanted to show off my ring. By Monday of this week my gel manicure was all peeling off. They looked horrible so I decided to go back and ask if they would redo them. I went in on Thursday to get them redone and it is now Saturday and they are peeling off again. I can't believe how terrible of a job they did. I got a gel manicure last Tuesday and by Thursday there were air pockets under the polish and they were chipping. I've had gel many times and this has never happened. Normally they don't chip and I have no issues ever. They're actually impossible to get off without acetone. I feel like the woman did a good job so maybe it was the quality of the products they use. I had never heard of the brand they carry. Won't come back here again. read more

Just got my manicure , pedicure and eye brows done. Hanna, did pedicure . When I tell she got rid off those nasty ingrown nails like a doctor. Kim did my manicure and eye brows - great job. ( maybe we will work little bit more on the eye brows next time). Suzy was supposed to do my eye brows (guess I am not her favorite costumer) so she walked out . It's ok. I will never go by her.I did once gave her $10 tip but will never happened again. Maybe$10 tip on $38 check was not good enough for her. I just think she thinks she is above the world or better then any other girl there. Not so. These two girls did great job today that even my son noticed my manicure. Use to love coming to this nail salon until I went the week of New Years. I walked in right after one lady who was getting a manicure and pedicure specifically requesting a certain person. I sat down and one tech came to give me a bowl of acetone so I can soak my gel nail polish off. Another girl walked in after for a gel manicure as well. The tech who was suppose to be taking care of me went and did the first lady's pedicure. And the guy who is the owner started the girl who walked in after me. 2 Other women walked in and got started right away. I waited ONE HOUR with my hands in acetone waiting for a gel manicure. I eventually just walked out and went to another nail salon. VERY unprofessional! and not right. I refuse to go back after that service especially some who has been going there for some time now. Also, suddenly they only take cash. Every time a coworker and I come in they tell us we have to use the ATM that they just put in their store (fee is $3). but yet people who finish before us pay with their cards and while we are taking out cash, so are people paying after us. What a complete disappointed! I made an appointment with the owner and was left to wait a half hour only to be taken by someone else. And it was one of the worst nail jobs I have had done. She clipped my nails too short causing me to bleed, not once three times! I paid $48 for for a set of nails that were supposed to be curved. I decided to get a gel mani/pedi before my class since I had some time to burn. I found this place while driving and decided to give it a whirl. I figured while I was getting my pedicure I could get some work done on my iPad for school, like I do at my typical place. I went in and the man at the front desk was friendly and had me seated right away. Within a few minutes there was a girl wrapping my fingers individually in aluminum foil with nail polish remover covered cotton balls... then she did the same with my toes. I figured we'll I'm not going to get any work done, but this must be how they do things- odd as it seems. Then the girl went to her table and sat texting on her cell phone and talking and laughing with the lady sitting across from her. Another woman came in a little while later and was seated in the chair next to me. The young lady proceed to do the same thing to her nails, but the older lady began her pedicure. After a few minutes, the young lady went over to also help with her nails. At that point I couldn't keep quiet because I had been sitting in aluminum foil for almost 25 minutes. So I piped up and asked how long this was going to take. The young one huffed and told an older lady that I didn't have time to wait. The lady yelled over to me, "You have no time" I said, "No, I've just been sitting here for more than 20 minutes waiting." It wasn't the time, but rather the fact that they were rude and left me sitting there while taking other clients. Another lady finished up and did my pedicure while the girl did my manicure, right there in the pedicure chair. The lady barely cut my toenails, so in a few days I'll have talons; but again I just wanted out of that chair! My whole ordeal lasted just under two hours. I will NEVER return to this place of business again just for their lack of customer service skills alone!! I would have given one star, but my nails held up great so far (two days) and look beautiful. I'll be back with a further review if they don't last... read more
