I appreciate the professionalism and quick response time. Well I believe that 99% of people that receive EXCEPTIONAL service end up writing a positive review about their experience! So here I am reviewing Habashy Photography's exceptional service. Backstory: My wife has been yearning for a family photo session for quite some time now. I, on the other hand, have been avoiding it at all costs. Three reasons: (1) we have a 3-year old, (2) we have a 1-year old, and (3) they're boys. Don't get me wrong. They're adorable and we need to capture as many pictures of them as we can while that cuteness lasts. But herding cats that caught on fire would be easier. Every time I try to picture (no pun intended) how the photo session would go, it ends with the photographer giving us back our money, putting his camera up for sale, and dialing up his psychiatrist. Along comes Habashy. To put it simply, he is the real deal. Talented, patient (I suspect he may even be a toddler-whisperer) and provides excellent all-around customer service. Talent: Not much I can say other than the dude has got an eye for this kind of thing. Habashy has an uncanny ability at turning a seemingly ordinary moment into extraordinary memory with one quick snap. Patient: As previously mentioned, we have 2 high-energy boys with the combined attention span of a fly with severe ADHD. Yet Habashy genuinely displayed the patience of a monk as he somehow got them to sit still, smile and even hug! Customer Service: In my opinion, this is the most important factor that makes or breaks any service regardless of quality. Once again, in this area, Habashy excelled. He was genuinely courteous and listened to all our needs. The turnaround was amazing. We got our pictures the very same day and they looked absolutely breathtaking. All-in-all, if you're looking for a photo session and have been hesitant whatever the reason maybe, just call on Habashy, show up, and have him take care of the rest. You won't regret it.

Of all the professional photographers we have had Lauren was so patient and friendly to my 4 year old. Not many photographers understand that kids are kids and often get distracted or change their tempers quickly. Lauren was so kind to my daughter waiting on her even if she decided to throw a fit. Before our photo session Lauren called me several times to prepare. She sent me an idea of an outfit and I had the outfit handmade saving $60. Lauren paid so many compliments with how the outfit matched the picture she sent me of what she wanted my daughter to wear. Lauren also had a special necklace made for my daughter to wear in the pictures. It was so beautiful and matched the dress perfect. Lauren also bought a crown and painted it special to match my daughter's outfit. When we were deciding on a place for pictures, Lauren took a whole morning, drove out to my area clearly an hour from her, just to find the perfect place. She found a spot that I honestly didn't think was appealing. It was an old boarded bridge over a small creek. When Lauren got all her props and told Aurora what poses to make I was in so much shock to see how beautiful she made the environment come alive. If you would drive to this place you would never believe our photos were taken there. That is how much talent and creativity Lauren has. To see this place come alive through her lens and ideas was so cool. She danced around with my daughter played with her and even formed a good relationship with my daughter before the photos. I received my photos right away. I was amazed with how quick I got them. They are all so beautiful and I will forever have this memory captured. The color is gorgeous. I posted one of the many great pictures on my Facebook and before 24 hours got 100 "likes." My daughter to this day asks for Lauren and she even drew a special picture for her. I haven't mailed it yet but I will soon. If anyone ever wants to take family photos, wedding photos, and especially kid photos I highly recommend Lauren. She knows how to capture a shot and has awesome ideas. I have already had several ask me who shot our photos and for her business card. Lauren has a gift for sure!

We recently had my daughter's one year photos taken by Ms. Stalling; which included out family…read morechristmas photos. We were so thrilled that our daughter enjoyed the experience. We previously had her six months photoshoot done elsewhere and it was very unpleasant to say the least. We loved that she took the time out to accommodate my daughter's needs. We recently found out my daughter is allergic to frosting. She took the time out to research a solution. She ended up with a watermelon "cake" with sugar free whipped cream that my daughter really enjoyed. Absolutely loved the decorations and how pleasant she is to work with. Without any hesitation, we plan on doing my daughter's two year photos with her again. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and had fun. We couldn't be more thrilled with how easy the process was and how beautiful her photos turned out. She was so careful with our new baby (first) and we felt beyond comfortable with her working with him in her studio. We came back again for a mini-session for Mother's Day which was so special and a priceless chance to catch those photos you want, but never seem to be able to get yourself. As a Mom, I find I have tons of snaps of my son with everyone else, but none of just the two of us. It was great to have that chance to get those action snapshots and we look forward to doing more mini-sessions with Heather over the years. We recently also did my son's One Year pictures and Cake Smash. She provided great information ahead of time so we knew exactly how to prepare before the shoot and what to expect. She had wonderful design ideas and took our ideas and desires into account from the beginning. My son seemed to be a bit shy around new people, very active and was more interested in the blackberries than his (delicious!!) cake. Despite this unpredictability in a toddler, Heather was able to work with him during our session to get amazing shots and catch those smiles that we will treasure for years to come. Her process of online photo review and downloading is easy and seamless. It was very easy for me to share with family and get things distributed and ordered right away. I am giving it a one star just for the responsiveness of the photographer and her patience with the babies. That is the only thing deserving a half a star. Natalie is rude, and has gone out of her way to harass me wanting me to change my review. This is my true and honest experience, the photos were so bad I didn't even care to choose one, not only was the quality of the photos terrible, the editing was even worse, again, an amateur like me can do better. When you pose as a newborn photographer, I expect you to be good at your job, ask me questions to get to know me and what I'm looking for as you're supposed to be the professional, or so I thought. Next time, I will not prepay and tip before I see the final product. None of the pictures came out good to the point where I didn't even choose the ones I ended up with. My attempts to get a redo to try and salvage the relationship was fruitless. And to add salt to injury, Natalie was not receptive to constructive criticism.
