Leaving one star would give a zero because of what they did to me....I'm going to go to a wedding out in Arizona for the weekend and leaving tonight driving out there and they told me my suit will be ready today Wednesday... and now there's no way for me to get my suit because they have no staff here at the alteration/cleaners so now I'm going to a wedding without a suit !!!!Unacceptable really mad very upset. Wish they would've called me and say hey can you come pick it up ...on top of that lots of other customers are very upset. I see a line of people coming in and out to stare at the stupid sign that they left outside And they are very upset as well. They should've gave these people a call to let them know that they will not be able to get their stuff or at least have more staff that they need to give other people their orders out. Unacceptable. I was told my coat would be ready today 2/28 by 5pm, so showed up at 5:40pm when posted hours were 9-6 today, to find the store closed with no sign or info. I waited around a little in case someone was on a break but I guess they just had to close early - I understand staffing can be an issue , but it does help if a sign can be left if hours differ from what customers expect. I left work early to make it before 6pm so if you are in a similar situation you might want to call before heading over. read more

Read the reviews** I empathize with businesses these days especially the family-owned ones, and that's why I avoid giving negative reviews. However, I am very disappointed with Jennifer's attitude and quality of service. I brought two clothes for alteration and paid $53 only to find out that my pants were not hemmed at all. It was in the same original length! Btw, when I dropped it off and told her the length I wanted, she immediately said "Trust me. This is my expertise" Ha! I attempted to bring it back 30mins after I picked it up, but she closed her store early (this was at 11am) Also, when I paid, she prefers venmo or zelle. I was fine with it but my phone's connection was very slow. I asked if I could connect to her wifi but she said her internet is slow too. I said I'll pay with my debit card and her response was "whatever" and continued to say that she gets charged service fee for the transaction. I mean, that really isn't my problem anymore. I called my bank to dispute the charge so she doesn't get paid. I hope this teaches her a lesson to do the job right. I am also not expecting a luxury customer service but be nice to customers who are helping your business afloat. read more

Right off the bat - 5 days for 4 pieces (2 sweats and 2 shirts) seemed like a long time but I was willing to wait for quality and they had good reviews. Go to pick up the items and they UPPED THE PRICE from the original receipt (which clearly states 2 sweaters and 2 shirts) and charged me for a HOODIE. When we complained they changed their tune to "Oh it's a thick sweater." It's not the dollar difference it's the attempting to deceive your clientele to make a few extra bucks off of each customer. If you "rang it up wrong" you don't fault the customer for error. Will not be going back. read more

We have a very old denim heavy blanket that is very valuable to us. It was falling apart on one end. The seams were separated and the denim itself was frayed. I didn't think it could be saved. Jennifer is the best in her trade! I had spilled a latte on my favorite, light-colored, expensive jacket and I did NOT want to take a chance at just any dry cleaner. I researched for the best i could find according to yelp reviews and thank the Lord I found her! I had called in advance about my situation and the jacket and then was able to bring it in the next day. They are very friendly people! They said it'd be ready in two days and when i got the jacket back, i was so pleased! My jacket looks like new... and the price could not be beat! She told me they usually charge more for these kinds of stains bc it costs them extra to have the stain removed but she said since it was my first time she wouldn't charge extra. I'm so happy with the price and service and recommend her to anyone who's looking for quality cleaners who seem passionate about what they do and provide excellent service. Worst service! I've ever had with dry cleaning! My husband took a few pants and shirts to be dry cleaned as he was flying out of town for work on Wednesday. When he went to pick them up on Saturday, she didn't have everything ready and tried to give my husband someone else's clothes to make up for it... he obviously didn't take them but settled on having the pants picked up by me on Sunday as he would be out of town. I go on Monday afternoon and she still doesn't have the pants ready, they are unwashed and her excuse was "I had the pants on the floor I didn't see them" at that point I just took the dirty pants and left. Honestly if you want to keep coming back or have your clothes lost by this lady go here. Otherwise take your dry cleaning elsewhere read more

I sent an uniform dress to alternate she gave me a ticket numbers says I can pick up after 4pm on the 9th. I went in on the 10th after 4pm and she said she's sorry she too busy please come again the next day before 12pm because she has a doctors appointment after that. So I went again at 10:30am and her store is close! So irresponsible and not on time! DO NOT go with her. And she charges $167 for a bridesmaid dress alteration where I found another place they charges only $80! Way too expensive and not responsible owner! Such waste of my time! So mad! read more

I was pleasantly surprised on one of my orders when I picked up the shirts I had left for dry cleaning. During the checkout, Jennifer handed me an envelope. I was surprised at what was inside. I had left some money in a pocket from about a year ago. I had totally forgotten about it. Well, she told me that it wasn't her money and she gave it back to me, not wanting any reward I offered for her actions. My alterations always come out great, but ... They only get 2 stars because they don't keep to the promised date/time to have your clothes ready. You have to treat them like children and call and remind them to do their job 5 hours before pickup or they just won't do it. Never ever just go to pick up your clothes thinking they will have your clothes ready. They will never have it ready. They get all pissy if you call them out on it too. They will put the responsibility on the customer to remind them. Very very bad business practice. read more

I've had a mediocre dry cleaning experience from the business but alteration on few of my pants were disastrous. 1 leg of pant was about an inch shorter than the other leg that had to salvage brand new pant. Careless messy work done. I'll not recommend this business. read more

Unfortunately, my experience was similar to others who gave a poor review. Was a regular customer for dry cleaning, and decided to try them for hemming. Called on a Wednesday before bringing my dress in to be hemmed to see how long it would take, and was told it could be ready in 3 days (i.e., Saturday). Brought my dress in that day and was told it would cost $55 due to all the pleating, THEN was told it would actually take until next Tuesday because she was backed up. Didn't make a fuss about it at the time, but made it clear that I definitely needed it by the end of next week for a wedding. Came by on the following Wednesday (one day after the agreed upon date), and she still hadn't hemmed the dress. Was told to return in an hour while she scurried to work on it. Returned yet again, dress was finally finished, and twice requested a discount due to the inconvenience and it being late. They did not agree, nor was there an apology. They've been fine with our dry cleaning, and at least the hemming was decent quality. However, if you want good, timely service, I'd look elsewhere. I know I will. read more

I don't really have a go-to spot for alterations because I don't need it that often and was looking for a place closer to home. When I walked in I was greeted right away. Jennifer is so sweet and friendly! I came in because I needed my pants taken in and she was more than happy to help. I tried them on and she did her magic. A few days later she called me to let me know that if she takes them in my pockets would be smaller. She wanted to make sure that was okay before proceeding. Jennifer took that little extra step that showed me she cared about her work. Some people would assume that it's probably what the customer wanted anyways and that wouldn't end up being the case. When I came in to try on my pants, they fit my body perfectly. She did an amazing job and I would definitely come in again for all my alteration needs. read more

I read the reviews on Yelp and it wasn't bad that I live right next door from this place. I went in to get my bridesmaid dress altered on Monday (week of the wedding) and the lady told me it would be done by Thursday. I asked for the quote and she said $20 to alter the straps. I asked if it was possible to be completed by Wednesday and she asked for my e-mail and said she e-mail me. I never received an e-mail, so I picked it up on Thursday morning. She told me she had to steam it, so I waited about 5 minutes. After she rings me up she says $25....uhhhh I replied "You told me $20 on Monday, why did it go up $5?" She rolled her eyes and responded "No, I said $25, you must have just understood me." Then continues to ring me up with $20. Then her and a elder lady start speaking in another language........................... I am still not quite sure how I feel about this place....A-OK.. read more

As you can see, this is my first one star review and I started writing this as I was waiting for my pants that were supposed to be ready a day ago as evidenced in my receipt and also promised by the lady over the phone. ***I actually sat on this review in draft form for 2 months to see if I still felt the same way because I didn't want to write a review when I was upset*** Let the rant ensue... I brought in my pants to be hemmed on Wednesday and the lady said it'll be ready the same day. I really need it by Friday morning. The receipt said it would be ready Thursday by 5...ok, cool. I came in Friday at 8am. My stuff is not only not ready, but there was no one at the front. I waited for a couple minutes politely and finally asked for some service. I waited and the lady ignores me as she rushes back to her job in the back working away. The next scene that transpired ranks up there as some of the worst service I've received (and I have a HIGH threshold). Another guy comes in with some suits and shirts, waits for 5 min because he wasn't greeted and walks out. As the lady hears him leave and sees dollar signs walking out the door, she runs by me as if I never existed and asks him to come back in as he started his car (a Porsche for curious minds). She begins to help him and the Oakland in me came out. They had the audacity to let some dude who rolled up with several suits and shirts cut ahead of me. I got upset and said, "No, I'm sure I was here first. YOU know I was here first. That's not how this works." She got really nervous because she frankly had no clue how to treat customers. I tried to give her some constructive feedback as she heard an earful from me as she was clearly in the back hemming my pants and probably behind on several other jobs. I would have stormed out there if I really didn't need my dress pants for my interview. As you know, I'm pretty lenient on my ratings since I know how difficult it is to have your own business, but this place can go f themselves. read more

Very friendly individual that takes your clothes. They offer good prices and very fast turnaround. I like that they charge a good price for having your items laundered and or dry cleaned. Did I mention that they offer fluff and fold! It was $38 for four shirts, three pairs of pants and a skirt! To me that is a total deal. I saw the 5 star reviews from this place and thought I would go there and check them out for myself. First of all they charge $5 to launder not dry clean but launder polo shirts. I think that price is too much to pay for washing and pressing a polo shirt. Plus I had like 10 work polo so I did not get them done there. The clothes that they did laundered there were some color dress shirts and I don't know what they did with them but they were really faded when I got them back. I also had two sweater that I had dry cleaned but those came back okay. read more

We took my daughter-in-law's wedding dress there to be altered and cleaned. It cost $700- $500 for cleaning & $200 for alterations. She told us we could bring it back after the wedding & she would clean it & box it for free. She repeated the same offer when we picked up the dress. We took it back today & she told us she didn't say that & that it would cost another $600. I don't mind having to pay for services, but to say or offer something & then go back on it isn't right. BTW, the dress was still too big & we had to use safety pins to take up the slack on her wedding day. If something like this happens again, I'll be sure to get it in writing. We'll be taking our business elsewhere from now on. read more

I saw the 20, 5 star yelps review here and decide to take a chance on my dry cleaning and button fixing. It looked a little sketchy *kinda old school* inside but I have to say this place was amazing. It's located in a plaza *right next to a Baskin Robins*, parking isn't too bad so you shouldn't have any trouble getting here and parking. My experience was actually not that bad i took two blazers, one to get dry cleaned and another to get buttons replaced on the sleeves. I was a little wary because price wasn't talked about when i dropped it off... Get this the whole thing cost me a whopping 13$. Thats a steal!!! The service was friendly, i actually called too and they answered, which is awesome. Overall the experience was good the price was cheap and they did a good job on replacing my buttons *I lost the spare buttons so they used similar ones* I give this place 5 stars, oh yeah and i think it only took like 3 days to get my things which isnt bad all things considered. I've come here twice (Once to have a dress re-hemmed, and another to have stains removed from a satin dress). Both times, the dresses came out AWESOME. Great place! Jennifer is very nice & friendly. Came here to get my suit pants altered, I needed them for a formal party in 3 days, she said she could do it by then. Price was better than I thought, only $9, my friend got the same alteration done at Macy's & his was $15 & it took them 2 weeks! I used to come here when I needed cleaning but the last time she told me my clothes weren't ready yet. I left and she called me not more than two minutes later saying. To come get my clothes. She ruined my husband shirt, saying I brought it in soiled and stained. Then she charged me $95- for 9 items. This place is horrible and I will never return. read more
