We have not taken professional photos prior to meeting them, and they made us feel SO comfortable & natural. They are fabulous at directing poses, and amazed us how efficient they were in organizing large group/family photos! - Professionalism! - They are extremely efficient, organized, and detailed! From our initial contact with them, we were provided thorough and detailed documents through our entire process. It was easy to make payments through their online system, and also utilize their online gallery. They have clearly done the wedding photo process before....and done it WELL!! Just so easy to work with. - Transparency! - We were a couple planning in the middle of COVID. We contacted Kasey & Tyler about potential rescheduling, and we were so thankful of how flexible they were and how they worked with us. We were updated through any and all situations. SO detailed, SO many shots, and the editing is natural and top-notch. They capture the candid moments so well! - Wedding Day Guidance! - We did not hire a wedding planner....but seriously, Kasey essentially became that on our day! We filled out an extensive wedding timeline planning sheet that we appreciated they offered to us....many things we wouldn't have thought of! Through the entire day, she (& Tyler!) continued to notice the smallest details (ex: necklace position out of place, hair binder on a hand, etc), and was so essential in keeping our "wedding timeline" moving. The day goes by SO fast, but they make sure you're still getting EVERY shot, hugely due to following the timeline so well....while still keeping the bride and groom happy and calm! Our day would have looked hugely different without their help, seriously. - Packages! - I loved that ALL the details were included in their package options and laid out clearly, no questions! The main "items" we were searching for in a package.....x2 shooters, option for more time to be added, engagement session INCLUDED, professional wedding album INCLUDED, and unlimited downloads/prints due to getting the printing right.....CHECK! All of the "must-have's" a bride is looking for.....they have it and again so transparent about what they offer!! And such fair pricing!! Pup-Lovers! - Honestly, this was initially a HUGE draw for us of how dog-friendly they are! We have a chocolate lab and it was important for us to have him there on our wedding day. Kasey & Tyler were both so comfortable and great at taking pictures with and of him! Some of our favorite shots of our whole wedding album are us with our pup! "Sarah lost a decent portion of our wedding photos and was extremely arrogant and rude to deal…read morewith. We would not recommend her to anyone. Everything started off fine, she was very nice, until things went wrong. Seven weeks after the wedding Sarah informed us a portion of our photos had been damaged/lost. She was very passive, and initially made no indication of what photos they were. When we received our photos we found there were ZERO photos of the full bridal party, not a single photo of the bride with any of the individual bridesmaids or MOH from the entire day, several bridesmaid/bride group shots missing, in addition to missing photos from the ceremony itself which included 1/2 the wedding party walking down the aisle, bride's parents walking down the aisle, along with the groom and his mother walking down the aisle. These are just SOME of the more important photos we were missing. When we contacted Sarah to discuss all these missing photos she was shockingly rude and unprofessional. We even reached out to other photographers to get ideas regarding potential recovery services or a reasonable refund. Her response to our request for a refund was "If you make a mistake at work or have a technical error are you asked to return your pay?" She also added that "Nowhere is a certain number of images, nor specific images guaranteed. Legally, I did not even have to disclose what happened to you.". Ultimately, this was an awful experience. I would not consider quantity (duplicates, blinking, talking etc) as a substitute for quality, and there was absolutely no element of customer service even though this was admittedly avoidable. I would recommend you not take the risk with your wedding and instead go with a more professional and experienced photographer."

Our daughter is gorgeous but very shy and hates having her picture taken. However, knowing that Allison was going to be doing it, she was totally into it and had a few styles prepared in advance. When Allison saw our daughter's outfits, she knew exactly what sort of background to use to photograph her in and walked us to some cool architectural buildings to complement our daughter's design aesthetic.
