WORST COMPANY - DISGUSTING HUMANS Exactly the same issues as all the previous reviews - they came up as Maximus Cleaning Services, something completely different on the invoice... They ripped us off, charged over 500 more than was originally quoted and we couldn't change cleaners because it was the last day of the lease. We had a similar experience to Lily W.. We went through Max Cleaning Services, but our invoice had the Zets Cleaning Services logo on it, our cleaner was also called Monika, and the company is registered to the same address- a house in Footscray- so we are pretty sure it's the same company. But on the day they arrived hours late and attempted to charge us more than double the quote we had agreed. We managed to get it down but still had to pay way more than the original quote, and we really felt that they had taken advantage of us and the last-minute situation we were in. Quoted $210 via email then arrived (we had no choice) and quoted $470. Said oven was dirty (quote $40 for oven in email); therefore $260 to clean an oven. all for a 2 bedroom unit simply, if you engage then be prepared to pay more than double. Your cleaners did not do a good job. I went through Paramount Cleaning Services and ended up with Zets Cleaning Services the girls name was Monika. A poor job was done, the agent wanted a list of items cleaned I sent it to someone at Paramount and to Monika directly and have had no response! Someone had better fix this ASAP! do not use!. they make you pay first, do the worst job - all surfaces now have dirty smears on them, and then they just block all of your calls. - also note that the ato has suspended this company from trading but they continue to trade. read more
