I could not be more disappointed or disgusted in Fantastic Cleaners after using them for an end of…read morerental clean. I do not recommend them to anyone. The cleaners left a significant sized hole in my bathroom wall after ripping off my towel rack. This could only have been caused by them standing on it for who knows what reason. The cleaners had a 'friend' who could do a fast patch job as they wanted to avoid notifying head office. I did not trust the cleaners after this, let alone a 'friend'. No thank you. When I discussed the issue with head office I was told this was my only option. Again, no thank you. I had to take the next day off work to deal with the issue and sort out the huge hole in my bathroom wall. Not the cleaners or Fantastic Cleaners - my wasted time. $400 worth of damage was done which the cleaners or Fantastic Cleaners did not pay for. I had to then clean the bathroom again as the damage caused mess. Not the cleaners or Fantastic Cleaners - my wasted time again. Plus I had to go over the rest of the cleaning as it was horrible. Once again, the cleaners or Fantastic Cleaners - my wasted time. What did the Fantastic Cleaners then do? Offered me a discount of $150 and still demanded I pay the remainder of the bill. Um what? They could not seem to comprehend their cleaners left a big hole in my wall and did not help in any way to fix it including payment. To get my bond back I needed a proof of receipt of steam cleaning. And they refused to give me a receipt without payment. I had to pay the oh so Fantastic Cleaners for their oh so fantastic work. This is a disgusting company and I highly recommend no one uses Fantastic Cleaners.

So we searched for a cleaning company that can handle my uncle's house's mess. We found keeping it clean. Their customer service was great and we had 5% off which is so amazing. Their cleaners did a great job they cleaned thoroughly our stained carpet and they scrub our floor to perfection. I highly recommend them and we will contact them again to do regular cleaning.

By far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. THEY LEFT…read moreMY HOUSE AND LEFT THE FRONT DOOR WIDE OPEN ALL DAY!!!! They arrived to do my bond clean and complained about dust on the floor and in the cupboard, wee on toilet seat (we have a 3 year old doing toilet training) Plus some plastic toys that must've been under the couch when we moved all the furniture out. Upon arrival they tried charging me $125 more than what I was quoted because there was "extra" work to clean the oven and throw away a tiny bit of rubbish that was under beds and couches that is now exposed since then being removed. An hour and half passed and they still hadn't started cleaning so I ended up cancelling on the spot, loosing my deposit and was then charged a $50 cancellation fee. Cutting my loses and starting to find another company and attempting to forget this piss poor experience, I then get a message from my old neighbor at 8:30pm advising my front door was left wide open all day and proceeds to send me photos of my front door left wide open. My partner had been at work and I had been looking after our kid in our new house. Meaning Ministry of cleaning were last people in my house. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE THAT IS THIS COMPANY!
