Turns out the real reason they wanted to do this was so that they could avoid cleaning the home when it needed cleaning, as crazy as that sounds. I discovered that they had been doing this when a billing date didn't line up with the previous check out. They had left the home dirty for a WEEK, because they waited to clean it until a few hours before the next guest and there was no booking that week. Needless to say, this was a DISASTER waiting to happen - if a guest had booked a same-day check in on any day that week, they would have showed up to a dirty home. Incredibly, when I contacted Tampa Bay Spotless and (very politely) told them that the home needed to be cleaned on check out days to avoid this disastrous situation, they INSTANTLY responded "other Airbnb owners trained us to do it this way. We don't want to work with you" No even a single bit of discussion just an instant "You don't like your home being left dirty for a week at a time as a ticking time-bomb? We quit" Totally unprofessional, and obviously zero concern for your investment. Avoid at all cost.

You charged me $40 an hour and claimed you were here for 5 hours, but my home security cameras clearly show you were only here for 3.5 hours. On top of that, several areas you said you cleaned were untouched -- none of my countertops in both my bathroom were cleaned. Neither of the sinks either! When it comes to under the couch, which we discussed before you ever accepted the job and confirmed you would take care of no problem. Then to come on here and complain about it? What's worse, you accidentally sent me a screenshot of your bank account where you were talking badly about me for not giving you a tip -- after already overcharging me and not completing the work you were paid for. That's completely unprofessional and unacceptable. They didn't have their air fresheners that day and when they returned a few days later to clean my house, they bought me an air freshener to put in my car. I scheduled a deep clean and was given a flat rate, I added a couch cleaning and Stefano did not change price. My couch smelled terrible, we just bought it off FB.. Gabriel did such a great job our couch looks brand new and the bad smells are gone. My husband and I were so impressed we are retaining them for weekly cleanings.. The only con we could say was a few little things were missed in two of the rooms but nothing major. I would not hesitate to hire these guys.. polite, prompt, and efficient.
