She kept myself and my daughter up to date with a super helpful portal that guided you through the entire process. Jen was amazing working with my son for his senior portraits. She got him excited about picking out clothes for the shoot and guided him through picking locations. She set great expectations for him and for me and my wife. We knew what to expect on the day of the shoot, when we would get to see the photos with her on a Zoom meeting, and when to expect final delivery. Jenna was amazing! She captured our engagement and did an absolutely phenomenal job. First, she hid among random people at the beach to stay hidden and not create any suspicion for me, the unknowing soon-to-be fiancé. Jenna was hands down the most professional and organized photographer we've ever worked with. Her attention to detail has been unmatched throughout the whole process. After our initial meeting, we chose a session date that was only three weeks out so we could have photos in time for our yearbook dedication.
