This company uses rentals as a means of scamming customers out of their personal information to fraudulently make additional charges to your account. They refused to leave the 2 tables & 15 chairs without a picture of my debit card (which now makes sense). She refused to pickup their items, and demanded I drop them off instead although delivery/pickup is in the agreement. She sent text harassing us for 2days, photos and videos of herself at the court, added my husband into the text thread. Threatening to call his superiors. I called the police to have an officer call her he spoke to her and agreed to wait and be here at my property to help her get her items and she refused. She has attempted to charge my card 5 different times for 5 different amounts. I have reported her business to the BBB as a scam and everyone else should as well. The WORST service I have every received!!! If I could give a zero I would. Disgusting, horrible, rude and unprofessional customer service. Should have read the reviews on them before booking. Never dealt with a company that didn't want to talk to the planner regarding their policies. One of the owners was extremely disrespectful on the phone! Unfortunately I had to leave 1 star because zero stars aren't allowed. This was the most horrible experience that I have ever dealt with using a rental company. After signing the contract the nightmare began. The added a charge for a bulk delivery? If I'm renting tables and chairs so of course it is a bulk delivery. They then requested that I send copies of utility bills along with a driver's license to prove I lived at the residence. This is when I should have known better than to deal with these people but the party was only two week away. Then to the delivery. I attempted to narrow down a time of delivery because they said I had to be present with my drivers license and credit card used when they arrived. Never recieved a return call. On the day of deliver they said they would call when enroute and I needed to have cash! They showed up right at 2pm for an event that was to start at 4pm and had to set a tent up. When the guy arrives he is alone and then tells me he is only to do a curveside delivery! Unbelieveable and says that it's on the contract. So my son brings the tables and chairs and then a lady pulls up to help him put a tent up. And let me add it was an economy tent. She has her child with her who has to sit in my yard while they work. What a liability! Well of course they want to pick up after my event and text me to say they will be at my house at 9 and have all the tables and chairs at the curve. I didn't respond because I'm hosting the party so they leave another text stating they would come in the mornig but I need to bring they chairs and tables inside of my house! I returned that text and told them they could come pick up and when they get there they want help. Reluctantly I sent my son and son in law out and they took everything to the truck. Today I notice a additional unauthorized charge on my bank statement of $99. (I will have it reversed) They say I didn't follow their agreement of having manpower available! LIES! Lastly he only brought 2 of the 3 banquet table I requested and asked if I could use a small round table instead. At this late in the game what am I supposed to do. Please don't rent with these people. Spare yourself the stress so you can enjoy your event. I just had a bridal shower for my daughter and used Jenz Events for the rentals. The set up was the beautiful. My daughter was pleased. However, the communication from the start was questionable. As the date neared I realized that I didn't receive an itemized invoice. I would text and not receive a response. When I finally received the invoice it was incorrect. The business owner and her mother are extremely unprofessional. The customer service is the worst that I have ever seen. They both came of extremely defensive and combative. During the event the waterfall lights would not work. Also, one we broke one of the glasses. I texted the owner immediately about the lights and informed her of the broken glass. She responded with a how to video for the lights and said nothing about the glass. It was already mid party and being the host, I could no longer focus on lighting malfunctions. I called the owner the next morning to discuss thinking she would simply deduct the charge for the broken glass from the incidental and take off the charge for the lights. Instead, the owner blamed me for the lighting and began screaming, cursing and hung up on me. I have never experienced this degree of unprofessionalism. Because of the owner and the mother's inability to communicate appropriately, I will never use this company again. In the end, I asked how much of the $100 incidental I would receive back...my inquiry went unanswered. This is the eve of my daughter's wedding, at a time when I should be feeling nothing but joy, instead I am sitting here in utter shock that I experienced this level crude behavior from a business owner.
