I would not recommend using this company EVER! I was quoted one price for tearing out and replacing my driveway and before the work was completed these two individuals were attempting to charge me for items that a business owner should know about.... I was quoted the job would use 10 yards of concrete, and they were close, 9 1/2 yards were used but as I mentioned, before the concrete truck finished delivering the concrete they told me the used an additional two yards and that cost was $960. They also wanted me to pay for an additional concrete finisher (not my problem when a business owner doesn't allow enough manpower when configuring their estimate! Then there was the sales tax they wanted to "add" to the estimate after the fact another $460 dollars...sales tax only applies to the materials used which was approximately $2,000 and in Denver the tax rate is 8%...8% of $2,000 is $160 these two attempted to collect $468 in sales tax!
