I've had two different "tree experts" to look at it. Each said, at different times, that it was pruned incorrectly! The horticulturist even went so far as to say that it is ruined, will not make a comeback, and that it didn't have to happen! It could have been systemically treated. Now I am having to pay someone to remove it after having a beautiful tree for many years!!! What a waste of my money and the loss of my tree. I am frustrated and disappointed!
