Our property was a renovated Barn / horse farm located in a rural area making it a complex property for valuation and sale. As my wife had recently taken a new job our sale was time bound as it was part of a relocation process. Jerry was very responsive to our initial inquiries and set a meeting a couple weeks after the initial inquiry and came prepared with a full valuation as well as a very detailed approach as to how he would market property through a wide variety of means and forums to meet our needs and desires and give us the best chance at a quick sale so we can move on with relocation process. Meanwhile to ensure we would lose no time Katrina came out and helped us do a staging evaluation for a home to ensure it would show well and get it ready for sale. Despite the pandemic impacting the ability to schedule the various aspects needed for the home sale - photos , etc - Jerry also arranged for drone video footage and photos, all coming out excellent. As soon as the market conditions changed and home showings were allowed to commence, Jerry quickly got us listed and on the market and we had nine showings within the first 72 hours with over 2000 hits on Zillow in the same timeframe. Through all this hard work we were able to get almost a full price offer and the home was under contract within one week. Although a lot of agents may pull back a bit after the home is under contract Jerry and his team continued to maintain focus and diligence to get us through all the rest of the things that had to occur to affect the home sale. We had a few curveballs along the way and Jerry deftly navigated us through each one with successful outcomes. No matter what time of day or day of the week he made himself available to us when it was convenient for us and was always very responsive each and every time helping to allay fears where concerns didn't really exist and help us inform concerns where fears were real and there was risk. He also ensured that we stayed on track with a very aggressive timeline of 45 days between going under contract & final closing.
