A shout out to James and all the staff at Jerry Ford in Edson for exceeding my already high expectations and for going above and beyond. Last week while in Edson I took my Edge in to have warranty work done. The Service Manager, Greg waited patiently for me after hours then took the time to drive with me to listen to some noises. Greg offered me a courtesy car and ensured I was well taken care of from start to finish. I crossed paths with James, when I picked up my Edge. James was literally leaving for the day but didn't hesitate to take time to sit down and look at options for a trade in. Back and forth we sorted out a deal but I was already home. Without a fuss my new car was driven all the way from Edson to me with a full tank of gas I highly recommend Jerry Ford in Edson. read more

long term user of the service department. Jody and the group are great. the issue is that i was the only customer in the entire building wearing a mask and no Jerry Ford workers were enforcing mask use. I asked if mask use was no longer mandatory in Edson and was quickly advised by a fellow customer to shut the f...... up. This was said loud enough that staff should have heard yet nothing was done. I just left and wont be back again. read more

Great service and nice location....but ..... don't enjoy waiting for 9 hrs for an oil change... and that was with an appointment on every occasion. I would recommend if your in a pinch, otherwise go to Edmonton. read more

Service personal and dealership is very good. I have a service plan and they are very good at honouring it especially when ford has different ideas. The staff go above and beyond to help me when I am in a pinch. They are generally very busy so I leave my vehicle for the day, no matter what service I have planned. It's always ready for pick up. read more

Since there was no listing for the Griffith's owned Quick Lane oil change shop, i've decided to…read moreinclude it here. A simple brake change for an import car resulted in 2 re-scheduled appointments and me having to get the fairly common pads and tires from Canadian Tire on my own before dropping off the vehicle to Quick Lane for installing. 5 hours later and $500 poorer, they were installed while the additional muffler issue was forgotten. They billed 4 shop hours to replace pads and rotors? The pads and rotors that I previously paid for and delivered? What a rip-off and terrible customer service. For due diligence I obtained quotes from OK Tire, Canadian Tire and Bourne Auto who all quoted 2-2.5 hours shop hours. To top it off, it is clear that they don't want my continued business. The summer tires are completely worn and in need of replacing but they couldn't care less about offering top level service. There was no brake report (fluids, line condition etc.) and no overall safety check (tire wear, psi etc.) Gone are the days when reputation and customer care mattered. I will be taking my business elsewhere and giving top level advice to friends and family to stay away from Griffith's owned businesses.

My last experience was a bit disappointing. I was told I needed to replace lug nuts (of all things!) at a little under 33,000 km. When the new ones arrived, they were the wrong ones, which meant another appointment. I realize this is not the dealership's fault: it is Ford fault and it seems to me that a better standard of lug nut should be used. I drove Pontiacs for years, and never experienced this problem and those cars had 200,000 km on them. The oil change and tire swap were speedily done, though, and I am grateful for that except one wheel cover wasn't fully seated and popped off when I was driving. The staff were helpful and friendly as always at Jerry Ford Sales. read more

Our van was recently written off just before we were to leave on holidays. Dave worked with us through email while we were away so that when we came back all we had to do is sign papers. Great service. Truck was ready when expected. Detail cleaning was perfect. Price was a little high for an oil change but they did do more of a vehicle inspection then I would have got at Jiffy Lube. read more
