Showed before and after pictures of their work. When we got to the shop to pick up our car we were informed that she had missed quoted the price but she was going to honor the price she gave us. We asked what the correct price was. It was actually $125 higher than what we were quoted. My husband and I both said no we will pay the full price. That it was only fair because they had done the job. She insisted that we did not have to pay full price that it was her error. We were not comfortable with that and offered more money that she reluctantly agreed to. I was so impressed by how she was willing to stick to what she had quoted. The service man was very nice said he could look at it right away.( I thought I would have to wait over a hour because i was a walk in with no appt.)
