However, when the new management took over the nightmares and frustration started. I have never experienced such negligible customer service in my life. Since they are managing this site from an Eastern state everything is either done on the web site or over the phone, as there is not one local to contact when you have a problem. When you call no one answers. I have called for days and weeks before on more occasion than not and never get to talk with anyone. Their phone system is not even working now as I type having just spent an hour trying to get through on any of their automated phone prompts. I finally used the first prompt for the police and first responders and it allows you to leave a recorded message in order to let them know I moved out on the 1st of September 2021. Horrible service. just horrible. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE AND THE PRICES ARE TOO HIGH.
