I go there to get some of my ammo for the most Prt. They have a large selection and they have shit you can't find most anywhere else these days . The help in there is good. The seem like decent people and personally they were nice to me. I can't complain about anyone's personality in there. They were good and helpful and friendly , just like a salesman should be if they want to make customers. SUPPLY AND DEMAND , I get it to an extent. My only problem is there firearms the ones I looked at they have literally doubled the price. I looked at one Ar15 , it was beautiful. This AR retails normally for 800-900 they are asking 1695. SW MP 22 same, it's a 400-500 firearm and they are asking 800$. I wish they didn't Jack the prices up so much cause I'd def like to give them some business. I read other reviews and also have heard by ear this store preys on people new to shooting. I stopped by about a year ago noticed some higher than average prices. I looked online for some NY compliant parts and saw these gross price gouges. The AR block is about 2x the price of comparable other companies and no difference in design. It's two inserts, a screw and extended pin. The SCAR kit is taking advantage of a hole in the market, which I understand to an extent. But it is 10x what the AR kits are and basically the same design. I've worked in the industry for 6 years and I understand now why every time I bring up this store they get knocked for price gouging. Store owner before you respond. I am very aware of the COVID price hikes I saw them where I worked too. This is egregious. You know what you're doing. You're hurting the customers who don't know any better (most likely new people) and the community that would keep you in business. read more

When he first opened they seemed interested in providing decent service and attracting customers. I can only assume that money added to the very obvious egos were not a good mix. Attitude towards customers changed from indifference to arrogance and the prices increased beyond any explainable level. They seem to have shifted their business model to higher end AR platform merchandise for noobs who don't know or don't care they are being robbed. Not very happy about this shop. I get that there are firearms which are in high demand but charging twice as much simply because it's difficult to get this rifle in is just simply ridiculous 1200+ for a 549 rifle retail is unacceptable. I understand if you have to purchase it from some middle man as they explained but more then double the retail price ?? and not for nothing but ,how as consumers do we really know that your margin for mark up is fair and you are not just gouging us to make a bigger profit? I am disappointed, people need to know what to expect before they go there. Extremely overpriced. walked in for a Kel Tec Ks7 didn't look at the price tag thinking they sell it around the same price as local gun stores like DSI or South shore shooting rage ($499), boy was I wrong they wanted $995 plus tax which is crazy. Went to them to have my scope sited because the place I bought the scope did a lousy job. They were friendly and sited my scope and tightened it for $25 and they said it would get me on paper and they weren't even close ? The shooting range officer took a few shots and never hit the target, so he sited it for me within one inch of center but I ran out of bullets. Jerry's is also an extreme price gouger!!!! He was charging $65 for a box of 20, 30-30 bullets which normally costs $25 and he charges $75 for a box of 20, 6.5 bullets which normally costs $35 ??????? Save your money !! read more

I would highly recommend you find another gun shop. Jerry's is not what it used to be was charged $90+ for a transfer fee other shops 30-40 on the high end, was sold a used part for my ar and charged $18 for it when it's $4.99 at most shops. I bought a laser bore sighter (made in China) didn't work had to throw it out $20 bucks down the drain. His ammo prices are completely crazy $130 for 200 rounds the list goes on and on! read more

Be very wary about buying a firearm from Jerry's! As others have noted, these guys are not especially ethical. Case in point -- Ordered and paid up front, for a specific model, inclusive of manufacturer SKU over the phone. Made a point of verbally confirming and receiving acknowledgement that we were on the same page. With this comfort level, I arrived to find smiley Jerry, with a different model, and bearing a completely different SKU catalog identifier waiting for me. Also, noted was the conspicuous absence of an owner's guide within the box, which is mandated by law, leading me to believe that it might have been a return. Went in there for some ammo he had a few boxes of 6.5 Grendel I asked him the price he put the box of ammo in my hand and said this is all we have and it's $100 for 20 rounds expecting me to buy them. another customer asked him how much a box of 38 ammo was in $50 for a box of 20 rounds customer said wow!! what can i say about my experience at jerry's, they were massively overpriced. everything sold was 2x3 times msrp(price gauging by the way). example they sell kriss vectors for 2-3k when they can be bought online for about 1300 or less. who would pay 3500 for an ar15 made by a little boy in a back room when h&k sells there guns for 2300 ? i guess the kids better then h&k. highly overrated massively overpriced.they list one price online and another when you arrive. go elsewhere if you value your time and money. read more
