If was not on time but marked as completed by 9:30ish this morning. My problem then started in the afternoon, after I thought the repair shop has already had it for hours at this point. The guy called me asking if my belongings were out of it because they wanted it at his lot because they were going to total my suv. He stated that he took pictures of the vehicle and sent them to Agero and my insurance company. Later in the evening I discovered the repair shop was still waiting for my car to arrive and that State Farm did not make such a statement to the company, they also were waiting for my repair shop to get it. Now come to find out not a single person has decided this car totaled at this point.. my car should have been left at the repair shop per my insurance company and my instructions. Now this man is saying it will be taken there NEXT WEEK as he is out of town when if he would have just taken it to where the repair shop is even after I voiced that too him. This is unprofessional, a big scam and fraud. I would not recommend this company to anyone with these sort of fishy situations happening. Small business trying to scam hard working individuals out of an extra dime or insurance companies is sickening. if I could give no star I would.

The problem starts the next day when Matt, from Mobile Action Towing, texted me asking when I could come get my belongings out of the vehicle and that it was decided that the vehicle was totaled. Matt stated that he took pictures of the vehicle and sent them to Agero and my insurance company. Then the third party, Agero, instructed the driver to take the vehicle back to their lot. My problem is neither Mobile Action Towing or Agero are insurance adjusters or even licensed mechanics to deem the vehicle totaled. The vehicle should have been left at the dealership per my insurance company and my instructions. This is very unprofessional and reeks of a scam and fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Took for ever to check out invoice wasn't even filled out when they told me my truck was done and never expained why the qoute and actual repair were do far off when it was the exact same repair. Very polite on the phone the guy said they were swamped untill he figured out my 2500 dodge diesel pick up was not a semi. They said they had a free truck and would be right over. I asked him how much the tow was and what he thought what was wrong he told me of everything goes well 150 175. I said ok that's fair. It took an hour for them to arrive the truck driver was nice. I asked if he wanted to stop to fill up my truck and offered some coffee as it was -temp out. He said this will actually same some time and help with the repair. I sat in there shop for 2 hours while my truck sat with no one working on in finally a mechanic worked on it for 15 minutes started it up and walked away. Another 30 minutes they brought the keys in. Took the guy at counter another 30 minutes to fill out the invoice as he complained about the drivers description of the tow. 246 and some change I asked him what was the difference between what the did and what I was quoted on the phone. 1 time for tow 1 time for labor 57 for part and install 25 for diagnostic scanner hook up. I'm as certified and once was a service writer for a dealership. 1 I never asked them to hook up scan too. 2 a scan tool was no needed to do the repair. The tow took 10 minutes and the fix took another 10 on my truck. I was greeted very disrespectful by the guy or whoever he was the one I talked to on the phone. When I explained my riff he went and bitched at the owner I'm guessing he walked up to the open door way and threw his hands up and yelled really really your gonna bitch about it today as if he was complaining about being busy never herd of that in a shop ha. He said your lucky I only charged you 25 I usually charge 50 I told him if I wanted my voe cleared I would of went to advanced Auto. Anyways the man on the phone was very rude to me saying what he did wasn't wrong I said your not very good at your job if everything went better than expected and you were off your quote by 90$ and you never gave me an estimate or explained any charges or repairs before you worked on my vehicle I should of reuse to pay. They were up front with pricing and didn't waiver from that price. They told me what needed to be repaired and what could wait, which I appreciated. I had a separate issue a few days after getting my car back, called them up and they got me right in. They showed genuine concern with the new issue and gave me a loaner car to use so I didn't have to miss an event with my grandkids. I highly recommend this business, the people and services are amazing!
