The situation was handled without discretion or empathy and felt inappropriate and excessive. While I understand store policies, involving multiple emergency services in this way was unnecessary and embarrassing to witness. I use to regularly shop at Wawa and support this business, which made this experience even more disappointing. Most staff members at this location have been polite and respectful, but this particular interaction showed a serious lack of basic human empathy and poor judgment. The lack of empathy shown was alarming. Treating a human being as an inconvenience rather than exercising basic decency reflects poorly on the management at this location. This experience significantly changed how I view this location.

Last but not least.. 5.I ordered a3 piece tender combo and a 6 piece classic boneless combo, which both combos came with a side and a drink! I also ordered a strawberry cream pie dessert. My bill came out as a whopping total of $26.74, and the took off $3.00 off because my bill total was over $15.00, so I should be grateful right? NO!!... This is fast food that is way overpriced and not what it should be at these prices. So needless to say this is my last time ever eating here, this is why I don't eat fast food. The prices have gone up tremendously and the food has fell off at the same time, or let's just say it tastes the same just a lot more expensive!. They told me no they can't refund my charges. I drove to the far away location because I wasn't going to just pay for and not eat over $100 worth of food. When I arrived they hadn't made my food and I had to sign my purchase receipt so I don't understand how they wouldn't have been able to refund my account! Really unprofessional service. I will be ordering from Wingstop from now on. Horrible and rude when I was asking questions as well. I tried to find resolution but they didn't want to help at all.
