Jersey Mike's remains our fave sub shop in Cranberry. I ordered with the app and my order was ready in 15 minutes. All I have to do have is park outside the door, walk in the door and pick up the bag and leave, super easy! Plus with the app you earn points when you order and in the future, you may earn free subs. We ordered a giant jersey shore favorite on wheat bread and this was my first time getting a California cheesesteak in a tub instead of a bun. Both were delicious. I feel like they put a lot more meat into their sandwiches than some other sandwich places too. Yes the Giant is kind of pricey, but it is HUGE. You can get any of the subs in a tub, if you are trying to minimize carbs. read more

I love this place but this is the 3rd time I've ordered pick up and got the wrong bread . I order the rosemary parm bread and a number 9. If I go in and sit down I get wonderful service and great food in a clean atmosphere. Sometime later on in the day we have to take it to go so we like stopping to pick them up on the way home. Next time I will check before I leave and refuse it if the wrong bread is on the sandwich. read more

I am giving the "manager" of Jersey Mike's we spoke to on St. Paddy's Day in Cranberry Township, PA, a one star. When we had a problem with our order not arriving (it was 45 minutes late and we could see on the Jersey Mike's app where the driver was, they were miles away, not even near our house), the manager was unprofessional in the extreme as was one of the other employees who answered the phone. Any restaurant and its employees work together to make a great experience for the customer. We did not have this experience. I'm not even sure it was the usual manager (a very nice woman whom we have met on many occasions in the store); this girl shouted at my husband over the phone and told us to call DoorDash when we ordered our food through the Jersey Mike's app. We tried to explain the details, but she told us after shouting rudely that she didn't have to deal with us and she would hang up. But DoorDash couldn't help us and she knew that. I would just like to advise anyone ordering from Jersey Mike's through the phone app that if there is a problem you may not get satisfaction from the store and you will definitely not get any help from DoorDash. We called the driver who did not answer and DoorDash cannot give a refund for food you have ordered through the Jersey Mike's app, no matter what the person at Jersey Mike's tells you. There are plenty of other sub shops in town to take your business to who don't have a problem helping a customer with their order. read more

Full of meat, vegetables, spices and condiments . All delicious and served by a professional and friendly staff. Their fresh meats are cut and sliced right in front of your eyes. Then you move down the line and can watch and have a say in how the sandwich is dressed. Don't panic if you see a lineup of customers that reaches the front door. They have lots of folks on the preparation line and are very fast and the line moves quickly. I use their online ordering site and use the curbside pickup most of the time. I trust these folks to get it right and I don't need to watch. Are they perfect, no! But if they mess up a simple phone call and it is made "right". Number 7 is a fave. read more

I've been to quite a few of these, and this one falls a little short. The staff is friendly and the food tastes okay, it seems they go easier on the toppings ('m a Mike's Way, no tomatoes, yes bacon and mayo) and way overdone on the oil (despite four napkins my fingers were dripping with oil). The toppings still taste fresh, though, and the deli meats and cookies taste fine. Hopefully I'll be able to come back and burn some shore points on another sandwich soon! read more

We recently rediscovered Jersey Mike's subs and I'm so glad we did. I'm originally from New Jersey and I'm incredibly particular about my Italian hoagies. Jersey Mike's lives up to expectations. My mom and I stopped in to pick up a few subs for family around noon on a weekday. They were doing a very steady business both with walk in and take out orders. Ordering by number here is the protocol. Our order was a Buffalo chicken sub (no cheese), a #9 club regular, a #9 mini club, and a chicken Philly cheesesteak . I have had Jersey Mike's before and the ingredients are fresh but most of their "spreads" for lack of better words are very oily and I am not about putting oil and salt in my sub. The Buffalo chicken was just okay. I've definitely had better from local places in Arlington. The order took longer than expected since they put cheese on the first Buffalo chicken. This wasn't communicated until we asked why everyone else was getting orders but not us. Overall, Jersey Mike's is a solid chain and is similar in most, if not all, states. I'd go here again but only more out of necessity. COVID protocols were followed EXCEPT I saw one crew member wearing his mask below his nose. Luckily he did not touch our food. read more

Jersey Mike's! Oh how I have missed you! There use to be a location in Penn Center in Wilkins Twp that was near my house but, it closed. There was also one in Station Square but, it closed as well. Imagine my surprise seeing this location on my way back home from Lexus of North Hills. I was stuck in traffic after stopping at Krispy Kreme for some Halloween donuts trying to get onto I 79 to go back to Pittsburgh and looked to my right and low and behold there it was! They have such great subs! We normally get either the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak. A Philly Cheese Steak packed with grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos and extra cheese. (Yummo!) Or the Famous Roast Beef and Provolone using Certified Angus USDA choice meats or The Original Italian. A Italian sub with loads of provolone cheese, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni. They also offer wraps and salads for the healthy types. Needless to say I was The Man when I got home and surprised my two girls with Krispy Kreme and Jersey Mike's after spending most of my Saturday shopping for a new car. Insider Tip: Make sure to get your cold sub served Mike's Way with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and oregano. It's EPIC! read more

You really can't beat Jersey Mike's when it comes to a fresh, tasty, healthy sub... that is of course if you get something healthy like the turkey... you can however just have a fresh and tasty sub. First, this place is CLEAN. Second, they shave the meat right in front of you!! The bread has always been fresh (the most important part of any sandwich is the bread) and the ingredients (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc) are simple. I personally would skip getting it "Mike's Way" unless you want to taste oregano the rest of the day. Go all out for the mayo and vinegar though. Used to be a very good place for lunch. Decided to go back today for the first time in a while. was very disappointed. $9.27 for a mini sub chips and drink. A MINI sub. was about a 54-5 inch sub. Bread was on the verge of being stale as well. A co worker got the giant steak, with chips and a drink, $16.75. with a majority of that sub being bread and lettuce. Four of us went in around noon on October 7 and ordered subs. Three of the four weren't correct. Everything from simple stuff like I said "No Mayo" and wound up with it anyway to the other two wound up with the wrong sandwichs. Somehow they switched the order at the desk and when we 'added toppings' they put it on the wrong sandwich. When we sat down at the table and bit into them and noticed (and let them know) their response was 'well, you dressed it so it's your fault'. Then minutes later the guy at the table next to us wound up with a wrong sandwich as well. Consistently good ! My choice is the Original Mike's Way ! Why ? Well I'm originally from NYC and am mature enough (LOL) to remember and have gone to Palisades Park in Jersey where they served the greatest Italian subs. Mike's originals are the closest to them and they are delicious ! Big sandwiches which can be shared making the price, once you consider that, reasonable. Staff is friendly and the space is kept clean. I've also had the cheesesteak that is great as well and I am a frequent traveller to Philly so I do appreciate a good cheesesteak ! I'm generally a fan of Jersey Mike's and their tasty italian sub. The quality of the ingredients are above average. Order your sandwich "Mike's Way" which is no doubt what they will suggest. I typically skip the onions (although I have a profound liking for them.) I found this particular location to have a peculiar layout that was a bit confusing. Fortunately they have the signs to signify where you order and where you pick up. They were reasonably busy at the time with one customer placing several orders. A line had formed 5 or 6 deep. What caught me off guard was that, due to some strange turn of events, one of the girls started taking an order from someone at the end of the line while I had still not placed mine. I watched as they prepared his sub and got him checked out ahead of several other customers. Perhaps it was because he was getting a steak sandwich and the rest of us were ordering cold subs, but still it felt unusual and awkward. The staff were friendlier than you would expect to find, which helped the situation. The prices here are a little higher than some other shops (like Subway), but I believe you're getting a better quality sandwich. Overall, 3 stars - not amazing, but I'll go back. read more

I came to JM today for my free birthday sub. The store was clean and the sub was great. I had a #56 (Big Kahuna Philly Cheesesteak) with no jalapeños. I have been to this JM, but that was about five years ago. My girlfriend at the time chose what we'd put on our sub, and it was bad because of her taste, not due to restaurant execution (and I wouldn't hold that against JM anyway). So time to try again. The sub was satisfying; 7.5" here is more filling than 6" of Subway down the street. I liked that the whole sub was toasted, and the meat was moist and succulent. I was worried that, since I didn't put dressing on my sub that it would be too dry, but that simply wasn't the case here at JM today. I wish JM had more choices for toppings and bread though; you're basically limited to olive oil, lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, and jalapeños (maybe one or two others that I'm not thinking of). The prices for regular subs (7.5") seemed reasonable, but they were expensive for the extended (15"). It seems like Subway only charges part of the regular fee to upgrade to the footlong. The sub was also still warm when I got it; a big plus! I'd visit JM again if I'm on that side of the zip code. Review #159. read more
