I am normally extremely happy with the service from Jersey Mike's, but this location sucked. I ordered a cali club, was charged a cali club but did not get that. They forgot my bacon and avocado the two best parts of the cali club. So, I basically paid for a cali but got a turkey sandwich. Which was not even very good. When I finally realized at home I tried calling 4 times, but no one answered. I will never be going to this location again. read more

Jersey Mikes is my favorite sandwich shop I've found! The tuna sandwich is amazing, and they will let you try a sample before you put it on your sandwich. I also love their turkey and provolone. They slice the meat right in front of you, so you know that it is super fresh. The best way is Mike's way; it's loaded with tomatoes, lettuce, onions, oil, vinegar and seasoning. read more

It's 330 and nobody is in line except for a few other girls and they are taking forever to give us attention and forever to fulfill the order. The place is always a mess because there are little kids throwing stuff on the ground and there aren't that many tables to accommodate people. The staff are talking little girls ears off rather than just taking the order and moving onto the next person. This place frustrates me. read more

Shortly after posting my review, I received a thoughtful response from Jessica that provided a stark contrast to the negative experience I had at this Jersey Mike's location a while back. Apparently, my experience even ended up being discussed with the employees and became a teachable moment. I rallied a posse of co-workers today to go to Jersey Mike's today because ALL of the proceeds from today were benefiting Rady's Children's Hospital. It was my first time at Jersey Mike's and boy was I impressed. I had the Classic Turkey with Provolone and it was delicious! Most of co-workers got "subs in a tub," the Jersey Mike's equivalent of a salad - and everyone raved. Great place! Will definitely go back, even if the proceeds aren't all going to Rady's. read more

By far the best jersey mikes I've been to. Calm, kind staff, very catering, and a good energy all around. A mad customer came in and they kept cool and contained and they deserve a 5 star just for their great attitude in a bad situation. Food is very good and there is a lot of variety. The options for a real east coast sub are few and far between here in socal. Growing up in a small down back east you have your choice of 5 sub / pizza shops within a 10 mile radius. Usually the hole in the wall greasy spoon places represent this sub culture and were the best and cheapest places. Jersey Mike's is from Jersey originally but in my opinion is not representative of east coast sub shops. They are similar but are a franchise and that changes everything. An $8 is somehow $15 at Mike's. Got to pay for those corporate fat cats I guess. The east coast sub is cut but retains a small piece of bread at the bottom as the hinge keeping all that goodness inside. They have Canadian bacon in most shops back east where here it is ham, not the same at all. They have cosmos (toast sub with meat and cheese in oven before adding toppings) these were lost in the move to socal. This is likely the closest thing you will find to an east coast sub but they have a long way to go to mimick the real thing. I will say since they are here one can no longer eat at subway again. Mike's is the best available east coast style sub we can get out here. read more

I am frequently ordering lunch for the office and these guys are by far the nicest and most accommodating people I work with. We have had large last minute lunch emergencies a few times and they always get us what we need. It can be super busy and they show up smiling and with extremely pleasant attitudes. Believe it or not it was my first time in jersey mikes so i was not familiar with how the ordering process went about. I showed one of the employees a picture from yelp so he told me it was a number 7 sandwich wasn't ask what size they automatically gave me a large sub. That employee was very helpful and polite when my sandwich was passed on to another employee he asked me a question could not hear him due to the fact that it was pretty loud in the shop and he was facing away from me so I asked him what did he say he raised his voice with an attitude and said do you want it mikes way I said my first time here what's that? He rolled his eyes with an attitude and did not explain what mikes way was until the first employee stepped in and said yea your picture looks like mikes way. Because of the politeness of the first employee I'm giving it a 3 stars other than that it would be lower because of the second employees rudeness. But overall the sandwich was good. read more

Today was my first visit ever to jersey mikes and I can say it definitely won't be my last. I was so excited for this place to open! It's very convenient for my location. When I walked in I was a little overwhelmed all the sandwiches the whole mikes way and the place was packed. But the employee that took my order was so helpful. She could tell I was confused and explained the entire menu. I ended up getting the Italian, because that was her recommendation, and to be honest I'm not a big Italian lover but she convinced me. I am obsessed with the ITALIAN. She explained all the meats when she sliced and and when she did the whole mikes way she explained each step. I loved this place so much! Everything about it was so welcoming and the food and ingredients are all so fresh. I will most definitely be back! I'm not a big social reviewer but I had to make an account so I could give credit where it's due. I wish I could remember the employees named who helped me :( she was so nice! I believe she said it was Marbella but she even gave me a cookie for my first time! Don't forget to mention that when you get to the register ;) read more

Came here for lunch, didn't think the sandwich was anything special. It kinda bothers me that you don't have lots of options for bread, but I guess it makes it an easier and more efficient process for the workers and the company. I also like that the meats and cheese are freshly sliced, opposed to Subway where they come in sealed packages where the meat is already precut. They do have a little more in terms of other sub places, they have wraps and and a sub in a tub. The sub in a tub is nice because it's basically the sandwich without the bread. It's not just the ingredients thrown into a bowl of lettuce, which is nice and I do like that over what Subway does. Great for low-carbers and gluten free eaters. I did think the sandwich was a little pricey for what I ended up getting and although the sandwich was good, it wasn't anything mind blowing or special. Good place to come if you're stopping in for a quick lunch and the kids that work here are nice. read more

So feakin aggravated I've already had a bad experience at the jersey Mike's but was working close by so we decided to order lunch this afternoon. Apparently they have no rags to clean up a wet spot on the floors because I ate shit! Every employee saw me fall even some of the costumes jumped up , not one employee utter a signal word! Pretty sad when its a costume that asks if you're okay? Not only was it embarrassing it really hurt landing on a hard surface right on my knee cap! Fyi do not contact me offering a FREE sub! Sandwiches are good but I waited over 30 min today for a prepaid order that was not ready at the scheduled time. Ordering systems online need to be updated - they should not allow for guaranteed pick ups that they do not have staff to fill. No one apologized to me for the wait either and went out of their way to accommodate the crowd who was gathering. I expected better organization from a large chain like this. read more

Terrible setup at this place. Never come here betwee noon and 1pm. They have ONE line; they cannot keep up with customers. Nobody cleans the tables. Whoever runs this shop needs to re-think how lunch time is operated. Go elsewhere for lunch until Jersey Mike figures out how to run their lunchtime business. Or just prepare to wait 20 min just to place your order. And ask for lots of napkins if you eat here, so you can clean their dirty tables. read more

This place is Awesome! Jersey Mike's subs are very high quality subs and easily the best in the area. I give this store 5 stars and they totally deserve it. I work in the area so I eat there regularly. This is a newer store location that is run very well. The store is always clean, comfortable and you are in and out quickly. The staff is awesome and extremely friendly. The bread is fresh, they have many different choices of meats, and plenty of toppings and dressings. The cheese steaks are awesome too! The branch manager is a super cool guy, very personable and treats you like a truly valued guest. They also donate to local charities which I thought was a great community thing to do. I think you should stop in and order a sub to experience it for yourself. Great job guys! read more
