I just love eating sandwiches at a place like Jersey Mike's which is a lot better than Subway. This location has just opened up two Wednesdays ago. I was glad I finally got a chance to try their food. The ingredients there are pretty fresh and ready to eat. Ever since trying Jersey Mike's, I will never go back to other sandwich shops. When I took a bite of their sandwich for a first time, I was hooked. It's so tasty. But it can be pretty expensive, but it's worth it. When you use the Jersey Mike's rewards card, you can get points and if you do get enough points, you get a free sandwich. I highly recommend getting the rewards card. The employees there was fairly new. But they're doing a great job so far and they will always remember you. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs is a chain store for submarine sandwiches. They use fresh ingredients, with bread made daily, and the meat and cheeses sliced up right in front of you (like at a deli). I am partial to the Italian-related subs. At my last visit I got the #5 Super Sub with provolone cheese, ham, prosciuttini and cappacuolo. It was good as made, but there are some modifications to take it up a notch. I like to swap the provolone for swiss (which they have from other sandwiches), ask for a double layer of tomatoes (more veggies), and go light on the oil and vinegar (for cleanliness while eating, it can get messy otherwise). read more

This Jersey mikes sucks, just ordered a giant Turkey sandwich and it was not to good. Maybe it needed more vinaigrette dressing or something but did not taste like my usually Jersey mikes turkey sandwich. Felt like the turkey didn't taste right today. Very disappointed. Horrible experience at La mirada store! Amada rufused to accommodate their lack of having the products they sell. When I asked to speak to the manager, Amada went and whispered in his ear to back her. Amada continued to have an attitude and make passive aggressive comments. When I asked to speak to the district manager, Ryan told me to come back in 2 hours. When I went back two hours later to speak to her, Amada continued with her passive aggressive behavior. After leaving my number for the manager, Amada laughs and tells me to have a wonderful day very sarcastically. This all continued to happen in front of Ryan the manager, who made sure to spell his name out so I knew who to complain about. I've always been a big fan of Jersey Mike's, including this location. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and kept up nicely. My personal favorite on the menu is the Italian sandwich, Mike's Way without spices. I haven't experimented too much with the menu because I always get the Italian. The only thing I don't like about Jersey Mike's is how they fold the meat onto the sandwich, which they do at all the locations I've been to. However, they still have good portions and food is beyond excellent. I like how they can make the sandwiches into a salad if you prefer a low carb option. read more

Went into the store and tried to order my favorite and the staff informed me they were out of avocado. No biggie, I'll order my second favorite sandwich. I've noticed that the trick with this place, is that they load your sandwich with shredded lettuce, tomatoes and onions, and try to divert attention away from the fact that you just got five paper thin slices of meat. I have tried quite a few sandwiches here. The famous roast beef, turkey, Jersey Shore, buffalo chicken, etc. Some are better than others, but none have really blown me away like I had hoped. Yes, its fresh. Yes, its clean. There is just something missing, and I can't tell if its smoke in the meat, salt, or just the seasoning all together. I like the "Mikes Way", because it allows them to showcase the best way to represent their sandwiches, but even then, still a little bland. I have noticed a trend that sandwich shops think that they have created fire with some of these sandwiches, which is essentially something you could make at home. This is probably the most egregious violator, because they are missing half the toppings that Subway or Togo's offer anyways, yet they have the highest price point? I'm not going to abstain myself from this establishment, but I won't run here either. I'm a uber driver for food delivery. Today 3/31/2003 at 2:59 pm i had a pickup for delivery. The pickup order was not complete, the drink was missing. Two very young men gave me a stupid look of disconcert. When told they did not have the drink with the order, they gave me a cup, but the order for the customer wanted a 20oz Pepsi. They laugh at me and very rudely said there it is get it yourself very sarcastically. I asked there names, they replied "we don't know our names". They lack people skills, no manners, and take there jobs for granted. I hope the owner of this franchise has a talk with them and make them accountable. You will lose business for such rudenesss. I walk in and line as usual with five or six workers behind counter, bumping into each other. The persons in front of me order three sandwiches and take forever. My sandwich is done because I get the same thing every time and it's one sandwich. Instead of them packing my sandwich up and ringing me ( why should I have to wait for someone in front of me if they aren't done? Even at McDonald's they make you park if your order isn't ready so you don't hold up the line, but I had to wait.) So when I finally get to the cashier I tell her I have a suggestion -customers that have sandwiches that are ready to go should not have to wait to be rung up. She's rude and says "but it's not fair to the customer whose in front". But it's fair for me to wait for them to finish making three sandwiches when my sandwich is done? Update: Well back in 2015 ws another thing. I went back today to this particular location and boy has it gone down the drain. I asked for a Cali Club, (secret menu) and guess what the 2 servers at the front did not know what it was, they where trying to act as though they new. When I asked for it they said nothing and proceeded to build my sandwich, I started to notice many things missing like the chipotle mayo, the avocado and the bacon. I started to tell the server and he tells me its a basic sandwich I said no it has this and this and this.... not only did I tell the server how to build the sandwich the other server wanted to charge me extra for the bacon I was so upset that I didnt even check if they added cheese. When I got home it was missing cheese and turkey WTH!!! Jersey Mike's LM if you are going to employ someone at least teach them how to make the sandwiches. I am very upset, they arent cheap either!
