I normally love Jersey Mike's, but this one never seems to do justice. Almost every time I go, they mess up a simple order. This time was just straight awful! The workers were all too busy talking and laughing to take our order, so we stood there for 5-10 minutes until we got our order in. I ordered a club sandwich without mayo which is simple, and when they got down and asked if I wanted to have mayo, I again said no. She then proceeded to put mayo all over it even though I tried stopping her as she spread it. She then attempted to wipe it off (which obviously wasn't successful). When I asked for a new one, she just looked at me like I was dumb and said that she had gotten it all off. They did not make me another one! They then didn't have bacon, so we had to wait 15 minutes for the bacon, and then when it was done, it took another 5 or so minutes for them to put it on the sandwiches and serve them to us. I absolutely love Jersey Mike's! I stumbled upon it a while ago in Salt Lake & then when I heard it was coming to Logan I was really excited! I have tried a lot of subs, but always get it 'Mikes way' it has all the fixings on it & it makes it soo much better! It is brand new & nice. Clean area & seating isn't a lot, but enough. A few of the employees have worked at other locations so they know what to suggest. They also have a rewards system, so add your phone number if you would like to get some points! Enjoy! read more

Always delicious sandwiches and friendly service. My only complaint is browning lettuce. Please, if the lettuce is brown, just switch it out. As a customer you feel bad saying "I want fresh, green lettuce on my sandwich that I am paying $14 for", so you just take it and eat it, picking out all the brown parts. But little things like that are what make customers either come back or go someplace else. Other than that, super great place for amazing sandwiches. read more

This review is for the Brigham, Utah store. We are Subway folks and when we came here we expected something good. NO! They were new but had NO hot or warmed subs. When we got the sub it was not cool, but icy cold! They have very few toppings compared to Subway, so don't expect to design a tasty sub as it is not possible with the few toppings offered. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The lady in front of us in line told us the sandwiches were wonderful. Where does she get her taste? One time and that is IT! Even though their sandwiches are bad, don't expect they are less money. They are no cheaper than a good sub. Don't take my word for it, just go in and get your own opinion. If you are anything like me, then subs are what pops in the mind when thinking about lunch. Unfortunately, for a long time I was loyal to a select few places. One day while working in Logan, I decided to give Jersey Mike's a shot. I am so glad I decided to give it a shot. I ordered online, walked in the door and got my sub off a side table, and left. The process was really easy! When I got back to work, I sat down to eat. The bread was perfectly soft and the fixings were amazing.
