When I arrived at the scheduled time, my order was not ready. Carol acknowledged the issue immediately and made it very clear that this was not acceptable. Even the fountain drinks are done well here! Our subs are never skimpy, all the toppings applied as they should be. That's not a common occurrence anymore. The people working are friendly and helpful. And a huge deal for us, the fountain drinks still taste good! Can't tell you how many places seem to forget about their drink syrup in the fountain. Great and fast service, with a good selection of items on the menu. They serve both hot and cold subs along with chips and drinks. Their pop machine was out of order when I visited but I was still able to try the stubborn soda out of a can. I will say that the meal was very pricy ($20 for a sub and a can of Coke) and the sub had tons of lettuce on it, but otherwise was fine mikes way. The place was clean too. read more

I used to go to the Jersey Mike's in Stillwater when I was in college and didn't think much of them. But I was hungry and didn't want to keep hunting for food so I went here. The chicken cheese stake was phenomenal! The restaurant was clean and there's hardly more than one other person in line. For 9 bucks, it can't get much better than this. Man, if you want a good sandwich, Jersey Mike's is the place to go. I had the Italian on their rosemary parm bread. Seriously, that sandwich changed my mind about subs forever. Subway won't be enough for me anymore, I'm officially a picky city slicker. Speaking of that sandwich, I had it "Mike's way." This is actually the first of my two complaints. Not that "Mike's way" is bad at all, I am actually a huge fan. "Mike's way" is your sub with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and a pile of oregano and salt. (I took the tomatoes off though). When i was standing in line they asked me if I wanted it "Mike's way" having never been to Jersey Mike's i had no idea what this meant so i felt like i was holding up the line and really kind of made me feel like i was outside the loop in some clique. The servers were very nice though, i feel like its more of a problem with the system. This isn't really a big complaint and the quality of that sandwich makes up for feeling excluded a little. I would also say that Jersey Mike's is a little expensive for a sandwich shop. It was just about two dollars above what i would expect to pay but they do have many coupons that one can find online, in newspapers, etc... As for the establishment, it was very nice and clean. The tables have napkins on them which is always a plus. I didn't use their restroom so i cant comment on that aspect. The aesthetic is red blue and silver the minimalist style makes the place look modern and clean. Anyway, I'll be back soon because I'm going to dream about that sandwich... read more

Here I am again at Jersey Mike's but in another spot located on Oklahoma City University's campus. I ate here twice on this trip so that by itself should say something. I had the italian which is my favorite ordered "Mike's Way". Try adding the pepper relish I love it. 2nd trip I had the old no 7 (no not Jack Daniels) the turkey provolone and loved it. Added the pepper relish of course. I am a big guy at 270lbs the regular is perfect for me. The price is around $13 with chips and a drink which is not the $5 footlong at "the other place". To me it's just a different experience and worth a little more $$. read more

I'm not a huge devotee of chain restaurants, but I can always make an exception for this place. (It's great to find a place that knows the importance of red wine vinegar mixed with oil, if nothing else. Yeah. Simple sh*t like this makes me a happy man.) My entire staff loves it when I (yeah, the boss man) brings in lunch from Jersey Mike's in lieu of the (much more boring) Subway. The location in this particular mini-mall is sometimes hard to get in and out of, but that's probably to be expected given the fact that, well, it's right on northwest 23rd Street (a very busy street) and just across from Oklahoma City University. read more

Sandwiches are good and they do slice the meat there in front of you but the problem is how they slice the bread. They remove the top like they are making a bread bowl or something. this just creates a mess when you get something like the Italian. Maybe it's just me but the bread shouldn't be sliced all the way through so that it will hold all the meat, cheese, veggies, etc.... If you eat your subs like you're playing a clarinet in a marching band then it's fine. I guess I'll see if they'll slice it my way the next time i'm in. read more

This is my Jersey mikes delivery location, I can always count on consistency and quality from this location. My most recent order of four subs was on the one hand excellent while at the same point disappointed. My order arrived quickly, Jerome the delivery person was great should have tipped him more but I'm broke. Two of the subs where to die for,,especially my turkey sub, extra turkey and extra oil and vinegar and it was like heaven, I'll probably order another one in a week. Best turkey out there and made spot on, way to go guys. My wife's Philly was equal she gobbled it so fast I should have gotten her a giant, I'll make a note to self about that. The last two sandwiches were made well but lacked oil and vinegar, someone missed the boat. I had a roast beef with extra meat so dry I had to stop eating it, I asked for extra oil and vinegar gone none. Later that day I drove to a different jersey mikes and got oil and vinegar. The sub shined after that. Likewise we had an Italian, just like the roast beef too dry to eat. Sadly disappointed, this is a good location with great people but someone didn't do there job. Still I highly recommend Jersey mikes and I'm sure the next order will be right. Then it will be five stars. read more

I have been to this place at least half a dozen times in the last year and the employees are always amazing! Seriously... they are always friendly and chatty, you really feel welcome. I think the quality of meat is similar to other sub chain restaurants, but they really do pile it on. It took me a couple visits to figure out I didn't have to order it "Mike's way", which is lettuce, tomato, onion, oil, vinegar, and herbs & spices. You can get other condiments that they don't advertise up in the front, like mustard, ranch, and guacamole. On a side note, their onions really disappoint me, there is virtually no flavor... its like a watered down onion or something. I like to be able to taste the individual flavors of veggies if they are on my sandwich. But that's just me... onions have a special place in my heart. read more

I came in for a late lunch this afternoon with a friend and the place was a ghost town. Except for the ridiculously loud Linkin Park playing over the speakers. We stood there for a good five or six minutes, occasionally yelling out, "Hello?" Finally, we decided to call, the line was busy. I can only hope the clerk wasn't seriously injured or the group of people sitting in the dodge outside. If the latter were the case this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Excellent service! Everyone that works here are always super friendly. They all remember what I order when I come in, and some of them remember my name as well. Since I order the veggie sub, they clean off the slicing machine without prompting. I appreciate this, because otherwise the sandwich tastes like meat. I've only had the veggie sub from here, but it's always consistent and fresh! It's always a pleasure for me to stop in. While in town for work, we often stayed in the office late and found it hard to find somewhere quick that didn't close at 6. This spot became our staple! We always rolled up close to closing time and the employees always greeted us with a smile and never seemed annoyed that we were interrupting their closing routine. RACIAL DISCRIMINATION - I WAS a frequent customer at this store until yesterday after 7pm March 6th. I went to the store as usual but this time I faced RACIAL DISCRIMINATION by the employees. There were 3 white guys in the store waiting for their orders when I walked in. I was the ONLY black man there, and I was greeted by an employee and stood behind the CASH REGISTER, where you're SUPPOSED to be to place an order, waiting to give my order. NOBODY acknowledged me which was fine because they were busy. After about 10 minutes or so 2 more white guys walked in and went to the counter where they were making sandwiches INSTEAD of coming behind the cash register line and they were IMMEDIATELY asked what they wanted to order while I was standing in the CORRECT line for 10 minutes or more and I guess cause I'm black I was INVISIBLE. I actually tried to give the place the benefit of the doubt and thought they came to pick up food they already ordered until one of the employees started placing their bread on the counter then another one asked them what did they want again while they were in the WRONG LINE, and I couldn't take the BLATANT RACIAL DISCRIMINATION no more and went off. It's ALL ON THEIR CAMERAS how I stood around in the RIGHT ORDERING LINE behind the cash register the ONLY black man in the store and they served the white guys FIRST that came in AFTER me in the WRONG ordering line.
