I was also shocked they still had almost everything available by the time I got inside. I'm not going to pretend I know the names of every pastry I grabbed, but every single thing was excellent. The first thing you notice is the lamination. You can immediately tell these people know what they're doing. Beautiful layers, super buttery, crisp without becoming dry or messy. Just really well made pastries. Flavor wise everything felt balanced too. Rich but not heavy. Sweet without feeling overwhelming.
