6 employees standing around with zero customers. Was not greeted and the young man seemed put out to take our order. Then the supervisor let 3 employees go home however the place was dirty. All the tables were dirty the bathroom was dirty and were they make sandwiches were dirty. The supervisor made our sandwiches while one employee sat on their phone. Wow, I don't frequent chain restaurants but I was craving a Sub so I came here and I know I will going back. The place is small but manageable to move around in. I did not order online just walked in after work and order. Wait time was not bad because I order a Jersey Mike's Philly ( cook time). When I got home I was very satisfied with what I got. While I waited I saw other people's subs get made (note to myself next time you go back order the # 9 club supreme). Watch how you order, if you order the giant go very hungry. So I'll preface this by saying I never eat in the store. With a 3 year old who takes every place as a new jungle gym, it's hard to eat out. I just made an order online and got verification from Jersey Mikes (ticket # 01-001205-99-01494) to pick up the order at 3:56 on March 28, 2020. I got there on time and the clerk said they never received the order, I showed them verification of the order and he would not help me at all. I paid online for the amount of 32.30 and as I said before the clerk/manager said he never received the order. This was the first time I was in Jersey Mike's Subs. The staff was very friendly and when he found out this was my first time there, he went over the different sandwiches. Very helpful. I got the philly cheese steak sub. It was great. I got one at the New York Pastraimi place and it was horrible. It was nice to have a good cheese steak. I will be back.
