I've been a loyal Jersey Mike's customer for nearly 2 decades, and unlike the vast majority of the rest of their establishments, this store has repeatedly disappointed. Jersey Mike's quality has always been second to none. I've now been twice in a row where they put minuscule portions of meat on the sandwich, and today when I addressed it with the manager, he basically ignored me and said "give me a few minutes"... and then never addressed it at all, and blew me off. Tired of waiting, I left the establishment. Jersey Mike's should take notice of this particular restaurant as loyalty is slowly acquired, but swiftly lost and this particular restaurant is working hard on the latter. read more

I took my work break at 9:50 knowing i have 30 minutes , got there right at 10 and although i realize they just opened they had no fresh bread ready which is understandable sometimes people run late , but when i asked how long for fresh rosemary bread i was told 10-15 minutes , i go back in at 10:20 and they said they haven't started it yet and it's still going to be another 20-30 minutes on rosemary bread. I am ordering about 6 sandwiches from my picky coworkers by the way and now i'm already late being back from my lunch break so now im screwed since they told me the wrong time. All of this is still fine bc i understand things happen i just think its kind of inconsiderate how they don't even offer me a discount or free sun card or anything for having to order all of my orders on the wrong bread , and go back to work late . Ordered 3 subs in the App for pick up. Two were correct and made as ordered. Third sub i ordered a #43 was not that at all. It was a warm sub with dry flavorless chicken, with cheese, peppers, onions and no dressing. Even after I added my own dressing it was just not good. Just dry and flavorless. Three stars for the 2 correct subs and because I've have way better product from this location in the past and I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. read more

Who doesn't love a good ol' sub? Actually, I don't usually get a sub here. I get the Philly cheesesteak in a bowl and I add lettuce, raw onions and that red spicy sauce to it. The sauce makes the whole thing come together. You know those meals where you spend the whole time oohing and ahhing over every bite? That's me with the cheesesteak bowl. I think this Jersey Mike's is absolutely great! They are very kind and they always have everything in stock!

First time here, used a coupon and was happy they offered gluten free bread. However, that being said, there are so many better sandwich options out there. For gluten free specifically, Sprouts offers a good sandwich for $4.99 locally. I would even eat at Jason's deli before coming here again. I don't usually buy sandwiches when eating out. Didn't taste that fresh, gf bread was dense and not very good, and variety of toppings was not impressive. read more

Great sub. The Southlake location is always clean. Friendly staff. Love the #9. Only downsides are: Sometimes during lunch they don't have enough workers. Usually it's 3 people. If one is on the grill, 2 people just can't keep the line moving fast enough. Prices are a little steep. $8.61 for a regular size sub by itself after tax. If you get a combo you are well over $10. read more

I'm giving this place 3 stars because of cleanliness! The food has always tasted great but after today Im not sure I will be back. I order the #43 and my bf ordered a cold sandwich. While the lady was cutting his meat and I was just observing since mine was on the grill I watched the lady who was standing next to the lady cutting the meat wiping down the stainless steel counter top with a rag that look like it had been used far to many times. The lady had gloves on while using the rag which was great, but then here is where it gets nasty!!! She put the rag under the counter, and the lady who was done cutting the meat slides my bf sandwich over to the lady who had just literally had the dirty cleaning soaked rag in her hands and she starts asking him what toppings he wants on his sandwich So nasty!!!!! She needed to put clean gloves on!!! I didnt wanna make a scene so I didn't say anything at the time, plus it wasn't gonna be my sandwich, it was his....Get it together Jersey mikes!!! Update review: So the cleaning solution is okay to drink and eat? Clean gloves should be out on after touching the solution. Hand washing is essential, especially now days. Waited until I got there to pick up food for someone in the hospital after working 2 jobs today to tell me they are out of chicken.

This location is always super clean and I'm always met with the friendliest staff. The quality of the food is super fresh and they are always extremely fast no matter what time of the day I have gone to this location. DANIELLE the manager is especially friendly and has made it to where I won't go to any other jersey mikes location. Great food. Great staff. Sign was turned off 2 hours before they closed we almost didn't go in. We weren't greeted when we walked in. We got 2 regular turkey and provolone that were very sloppy made and were definitely minis instead of regulars. Although they messed up and made us minis they charged us for 2 regulars. Jan.28- I am updating this review. Dalton the Area Manager called me and I am impressed. So Tabasco is a normal part of the sandwich. Plano just happens not to use it. He spoke to the staff about laying the items on evenly. I wanted two things to know about the tabasco and to them to train the new store a little better and BANG he did it. That is service with a smile. I have always liked Jersey Mikes but now I am a fan. Jan.5-Not all Jersey Mike are the same. My office eats at the one in Plano weekly so I was shocked when I ordered my normal chipotle cheesesteak and they dumped Tabasco sauce on it. They told me that is the way it is always made so I called the Plano store in front of them and confirmed that other locations do not use Tabasco. I am not sure who is right or wrong but I do know that it is not on the menu as an item on the sand which so they should probably ask before adding it. Beside that the cheese was not even melted and the sandwich was made bad. One bite all veggies, the next all steak. I will update my review when I return next. I love Jersey Mikes but this one is new and needs more time to train their staff. read more

Mike from Jersey sure knows how to make a sub. Meats and cheeses come freshly sliced ready to hit your taste buds. Now i know what you are thinking, "why don't they have as many options for veggies as subway", well the fact of the matter is their sandwiches speak for themselves. There's no need to pile on a bunch of stuff to make up for a lack of taste. They are fast, friendly and keep a busy shop clean. Pickles are the bomb. They have a few options for bread, but i've found that they are all great. So you're not really a sammich guy? Well they have hot subs as well. Oddly enough their phlly is simply amazing. Horrible service. The staff took and completed the orders for the customers directly in front of me and then stopped at me so they could then complete a large online order. I stood there waiting in line for over 5 minutes before I left without anyone acknowledging the long wait and inconvenience it was causing to customers present in the store. I was a regular at the location in Denton, but I'm not sure I will return to this location. The food is good and I have no complaints, but the service was terrible and downright rude. In an area where food options are abundant, service is what should define a business, and sadly Mike's just isn't cutting it. I didn't feel that my business was welcome, or even wanted. The two staff members were very short with me, and acted as though they were bothered to serve me. I would return if there was more emphasis on staffing employees who make the guest feel welcome. read more

Quality meats, fresh-baked bread and great topping. Check, check, and check. JMS takes the small, local approach to a sandwich shop and applies it to the big-box model. I typically order the #2 (Ham, cappacuolo, Provolone) Mike's way (lettuce, onion, all the shakers, add mayo). It's super good but you have to watch the sandwich maker when it comes time to add the "juice". They sometimes get carried away and when you unwrap your sandwich you're left with a soggy mess as the bottom bread is saturated in vinegar/oil. Your chance of getting that stuff all over the place also sky rockets- so watch out. But, when made the right way, this is a good sandwich. There are plenty of options, including a veggie 'wich. After this you have your standard chips and a drink combo with a cookie to add if you are feeling up to it. The price is pretty comparable to the other big chains- so no issues there. Kids meal gives you a smaller sandwich, mini-cookie and a kid's drink. Oh, and the portions are pretty big. Even with a large appetite I have a hard time consuming the regular sandwich (8") so make sure you know what you're getting yourself into if you go with the large size! This location has some funky parking, whoever engineered the lot should have their license revoked. Expect to walk a bit if you have to park in the back. And you may have to navigate around the Starbucks drive-thru traffic. Otherwise, enjoy the fresh subs! read more

I usually always visit this location and have enjoyed it. Staff are usually friendly and sandwich is made right every time. Today I went in and got asked what I wanted - I replied with the sandwich and asked them if I could add avocado. The male staff member nodded his head yes and I grabbed my chips. The lady staff member then asked if I wanted it "Mike's Way" I replied "yes and can I add avocado too please?" Once again...she nodded her head yes. Bit into my sandwich and realized there is no avocado in my sandwich but there is jalapeños..... which is not "Mike's Way" and there was absolutely no avocado. It's like they heard me but did not care to put avocado on my sandwich. Probably will leave next time if I see both the same staff members who were there today but chose to ignore my request. read more
