Employees were friendly and competent - not always the norm these days at other places. They included plastic ware and condiments in our bags without us having to ask. Food was hot and tasty! I will say that in the past this location has been closed or slow with orders dependent upon time of day, so our positive experience today may not be a consistent pattern. Bottom line - it's a fast food restaurant in a service plaza, so set your expectations accordingly.
