He and his crew had recently banned party photography, due to how it had a tendency to encourage corny behavior on the dance floor-- so, I thought it would be fun to document the night by having an artist come and live-sketch the DJs. Though Sean had long left his Brooklyn party lifestyle behind, he made arrangements to come out to the party. It happened to be insanely crowded, hot and sweaty. My friends and I did our best to make a human shield to keep Sean from getting accidentally shoved. He was sketching as he was dripping sweat, diligently swapping out the right colors, going through page after page of his massive sketch pad. And let me tell you, there were a LOT of DJs. The effort truly paid off. To this day, people who were there still talk about it! Best of all, this was a surprise for my boyfriend. Sean agreed to do it at a very fair price because it would be such a fun assignment--but he did advise me that if my boyfriend truly was worth such an effort, he should be the one to pay...and at the end of the night, my boyfriend did indeed insist on paying me back for the whole thing! So, on top of excellent drawing, Sean may also give you some great relationship advice.

Great store, better service…read more Very nice people to deal with, but more importantly very honest. We needed our trombone to get fixed and were quoted for over $100, and we agreed to it. When we picked up the trombone, they only charged us not even half of it since the repair was less complicated than they anticipated. They could have charged us with the oroginal amount agreed upon, but they took the high road and valued their customers more than few bucks. Will come back and recommend to everyone we know.
