Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing. The pricing was the first shock. Two large chicken shawarmas and a small order of fries came to nearly $65. Even two medium shawarmas without fries would have been around $45. In my opinion, those prices are extremely difficult to justify. More importantly, the food itself did not live up to the hype. The shawarma was edible and filling, but it was far from one of the better shawarmas I've had. Given the restaurant's popularity and the amount of praise it receives online, I expected something exceptional. Instead, I found it average at best. For the price, the quality simply wasn't there. It wasn't worth the cost, the wait, or the expectations created by the marketing and reviews. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
