Writing to review their online CPR/1st Aid Class they offer now. I had a question & called & got a…read moreman who did not speak English. He told me the classes I needed to do online but that they would not be offered until after my class I go to. I explained I needed to take a Certification that I had TAKEN the courses online b4 the classroom meets. He kept arguing with me. I had to tell him how it worked. I finally asked to speak to an English speaking person & he put the English speaking person who was teaching him, sitting right beside him on the phone !!!! I was on my Netbook & someone told me I could not use my Netbook and would have to start over on Internet Explorer on my Laptop !!! I had even taken my Exams !!! I started ALL OVER on Internet Explorer and then was told later I HAD TO BE on Chrome and had to start from the beginning AGAIN !!! My Certificates didn't show up I called again and still they could not tell me what was wrong and still,as usual kept getting d/c. I ended up signing up w/ Am. Heart Association and dropped this Course, It is the WORST ONLINE COURSE EVER !!!I have a Master's in Health Science too !!! Very sad b/c it is really needed.
