Unfortunately, when Moria called me today, she was un-compassionate, rude and constantly spoke over me. I wanted to explain to her my mom's situation, mental and financially. Instead, she kept cutting me off and insisted that I come in for an in person one hour consultation ($). After continually trying to speak, she spoke over me again and said that we are not a good match. I never go on Yelp. But, I feel it is very important to warn people to stay away from her and her firm. I know that she gives free seminars to lure in clients. Please avoid her and her practice at all costs. Steven was the right lawyer with the right stratagy to deal with them. First phone consultation Steven stated and it was evident he represents Boards and was familiar with the management company. Questions methodical delineating the event, management's position and the relevant evidence leading to a proposed strategy. The resulting letter to the Board combined selections from relevant legal documents and graphic evidence presented with a courteous but forceful tone reflecting his assessment of the strength of my case. The Board dropped the errant charge however had this gone to court I'm confident in the representation I would have received. This was not a easy case another experienced attorney suggested I pay the damages.

The letters stated "...after numerous attempts to contact you..." which was false. Additionally they stated the services were required semi-annually when in fact the services were required once every two years. We were able to prove the work has been conducted. We have the document showing our compliance. Our HOA lost everyone's paper work and because of their error, these lawyers decided to side with them without taking 5 minutes to research. Note there are charges for credit cards that I did not see on the website. This was a virtual business transaction for a bedridden hospital patient. The connection was horrific and it took nearly 1.5 hours for what I feel should have been maybe 20 minutes tops. What I did not know is that forms need to be sent to each party regardless if you are in the same room and it takes quite some time to process.
