This last bit was the challenge...as many vendors we contacted wouldn't be able to do the set-up or rental for draping an entire room. Carrie and Shannon with Events with Design were great to work with. They were able to arrange for their company to drape the room, and they even made the drapes that I wanted in the color that I asked for!
