I'm a grown man (I did 10 years in the US Army). There is never an excuse to treat a potential paying customer with such disrespect. You don't talk down to people, no matter the situation especially as a business owner. I'm honestly shocked that a barber would engage in this kind of behavior. Many reviews of the shop were good.
