I met Anthony, the owner of XTOLIA, through a mutual friend. We began discussing my business website and online presence over several weeks. Initially, I was not even looking to purchase a new website, but Anthony strongly persuaded me that rebuilding and managing my website would be essential for my business growth. Throughout our conversations, he presented himself as a Wix specialist and website expert. He performed a website audit, pointed out issues with my current site, discussed SEO optimization, traffic growth strategies, website layout improvements, and ongoing maintenance services. He sent examples of websites he claimed to have developed and spoke very confidently about the results he could provide. Trusting his expertise and professionalism, I signed a contract on April 19 and paid him thousands of dollars via Zelle in good faith. After payment was sent, communication completely stopped. It has now been over a month of repeated calls, texts, emails, and follow-ups with virtually no response or accountability. I have received no completed work, no meaningful updates, and no resolution. What makes this even more concerning is: * The phone number listed online is disconnected * The business address appears to be invalid or not actively staffed * Multiple attempts to locate or contact him have failed As a business owner myself, this experience has been incredibly upsetting and financially damaging. I truly never imagined I would end up in this situation after weeks of consistent communication and reassurance. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with XTOLIA or Anthony to proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly protect themselves before sending payment. If communication resumes or this situation is resolved, I will gladly update this review accordingly.

I had an artist friend of mine hand draw an OUTLINE of a bear in black and white on transparent paper. I needed that EXACT outline plus some shading within the outline in a vector pdf so I could use it online and for business cards. Basically make it into a computer file where I can make it bigger or smaller and change the color. Heres the thing, I'm starting a business so I know time is money and experience can be very valuable. I told him if you'll be happy with that number (800.00) lets do it. I wanted my logo done right. This is face of my business were talking about here. First draft, COMPLETELY different from hand drawing. Ok. I thought I was clear. Exact copy of the outline plus shading on the inside. Even if the outline was similar but equally sharp as the hand drawing I would of been a satisfied customer. second draft, this time Allen tried to make an exact copy, like we agreed on, but the outline was very shaky and the shading looked like something I've never seen before. Not a good thing. Third draft, a little better than the second one. Still not what I was looking for and not what we agreed upon. I tried to continue working with Allen and he became very busy and hard to contact. I gave Allen over a week to do this. I've seen it done on YouTube in less than two hours. If you can't do the work I'm asking for be honest and let me keep looking for someone who can.
