After I had gotten 2 quotes from other local autobody repair shops of $1,700 and $1,200, I thought it was worth getting another quote. Not only could Detailz do it sooner and faster it cost less than $500!!! It looks amazing! I think the big repair shops don't want the little jobs. Not only do we eat in our vehicle, my little girl had quite the play-doh collection in the back seat, between the seats and on the floor. We dropped our SUV off in the morning and at lunch came to pick it up. I was in SHOCK...it was in new condition again! During the walk around with 2 employees, we noticed some minor dirt. They were recommended to me by W&B Automotive, when I bought my very first car and I needed Winter Tires. Don was extremely accommodating. Every time I have a flat and need a tire repair, they've always gotten me in right away and gotten it fixed immediately. Sometimes at no-charge even! My most recent experience was today. On Saturday I got a flat tire in Madden, AB and had to get AMA to come change my tire. I tried to get into Canadian Tire to have them fix it, and they told me the hole was "Too big for the plug" and that I needed to buy a new tire. And they were going to charge me a fortune for it because I have 17" low-profile tires. I took it in to Don this morning and he had a look at it and was able to fix it. I ALWAYS recommend OK tire to my friends and colleagues when they ask me where a good place to buy tires is. Even if they live in Calgary, the quality of service is well worth it.

Beware of this company and Erik the owner. I am writing this to spare others of my experience…read more Erik damaged my car speakers in my Mercedes G550 by his careless action of spraying vapour in my speakers without asking me. For what reason I still don't know. Erik and his company MEDS Detailing claim to be a water free company and that he has never had an insurance claim on his website but these seem to be nothing more than marketing gimmicks and omissions of the truth. I would be very surprised if that was true that he even carries corporate damage liability insurance. Here's what happened to my near $100,000 vehicle. Erik at first sounded like he was going to be helpful after I received my car back from him after paying nearly $300 for a mobile detail and more vehicle was making extremely loud popping and blowing up sounds from the speakers. Even when the car was off. It was obvious he damaged my electrical components with his vapour. However after I called Erik again to let him know the problem was still there Erik's tone changed and he dodged giving me his private cell phone number and told me that calling his business line was the best way to reach him. I asked him why he wouldn't give me his private line considering there was damage done to my vehicle. He said that I have his business line and that should suffice. I was a bit concerned and I expressed that to him but I made the mistake of trusting him. I called again the next day to let Erik know the update for my vehicle and that we are going to need to open a claim for the diagnostics and Erik instantly hung up the phone on me. As soon as I politely said the word claim, he hung up on me. Then I called back numerous times thinking the call had dropped. To my disbelief it seemed he intentionally hung up on me. Erik refused to answer now after I called again which was very concerning. I am not sure if he actually carries insurance with his company. I am now seeking legal action against him and the damage he caused. I love my car and I even told him how much I loved this vehicle and it's regretfully obvious now has no interest in being responsible for his actions. I really wish I never went to MEDS Detailing because now I am going to pay for a lawyer to claim damages against him and his company. This is going to be a huge waste or time but justice needs to be served. I am only writing this so that other people don't have their vehicles damaged from Erik's novice attention to detail, and more than that, so that others don't have to encounter this type of charloten who takes money from people after ruining their property and doesn't even have the kindness in their heart to stay accountable to their mistakes. Always know who you are dealing with.

So that's done, I went home and saw that there is some haziness / scratch on the dashboard and I called David few days after that my brother will stop by to get it checked and then they told him that it was already there before they did the detailing ? Now they are accusing me of lying and ?? I'm very upset and regret having done service to this place , they don't care and they lack organization , I suggest don't even bother just go with different place and probably get honest service !
