Before I left they confirmed they had a tyre of that specification in stock, booked me in, saw my vehicle on time. Changed the tyre and even put my space-saver back in the book correctly bolted down. They even went round, and torqued up each wheel and checked air pressure and topped them up where required. Then recent the tyre pressure monitor. Not sure they could of done anymore for me. Maybe added a coffee machine, for a refreshment while you wait.
