We also got the hot wings and they had a decent spice amount (definitely could have handled a little more heat). We also ordered a Jet's Special which was basically a supreme and it was delicious. My husband ordered a deep dish 3 topping that had chicken, pineapple and red onion on it and he enjoyed how fresh it tasted. I was worried that our order might be cold by the time I was able to get to it (almost 30 mins after the pick up time), but they kept it in a warmer so it was still perfectly hot. There seemed to be high schoolers working when I went and it took them awhile to greet me when I came in, but when someone finally spoke to me, they got my order and got me out of the store in no time. I also added a small ranch dip because all the folks from Michigan say it's a must. The online portal gave me an estimate of the pickup time and an option to pay with card or with cash upon pickup. This location was very easy to find with plentiful parking. Once inside the a/c was blowing cold and I was greeted by several staff members who all appear to be teenagers. How impressive! The pizza was piping hot and I couldn't wait to enjoy! Once home I enjoyed every bite but ate much less than normal due to the large portion sizes of each corner. As I walked in the staff acknowledged my presence by a simple greeting and asked if I had any questions. As I browsed the menu boards, I noticed they serve there famous Detroit style pizza along with New York style round, thin crust and hand tossed round. They also have gluten free and seasoned cauliflower pizza as well for anyone that is looking for a healthier option. They have seasoned crust in which I found interesting that you can customize to your liking. You can choose from Cajun, sesame seed, poppyseed, butter, shredded parmesan, garlic, and Romano. There is also an option where you can choose Turbo crust in which it is a combination of butter, garlic, and Romano all in one. I went ahead and ordered a 4 square Detroit style pizza with turbo crust and got regular sauce. I waited inside the well-lit clean establishment as the friendly staff prepared my order. Within minutes my pizza was ready that was placed in a well sturdy durable box, and I was out the door. As I gently opened the box seal a whiff of greatness struck me and I slowly became dazed and confused from the wonderful pizza essence I just inhaled. The pizza was glistening from the mozzarella cheese and the dusted and glazed crust from the butter, garlic, and Romano. I was so intrigued to dive in and try it that I just couldn't resist from the masterpiece that laid beneath my eyes! The pizza was everything and anything I had expected from when I first laid eyes on it. The sauce to cheese ratio was phenomenal while the crust had the perfect snap back when sinking my teeth in. I love that Jet's pizza has a variety of delicious crusts for your pizza, they have classic , deep dish kinda looking pizza, the Jets10 is my fav it's like a super supreme pizza lol and it's delicious , I added all the cheeses and garlic butter to my crust and it made it that much better. You can order online or call to place an order. I did order delivery, and my order was messed up, but I called the restaurant and they took care of it , they were awesome and I can appreciate great customer service! First of all, I have to give a shout out to the customer service up front. He asked for a name and I said LeBron and he accepted it. I got a nice laugh out of that one, but he was super cool in taking our order. The pizza was super good! It had a really nice fresh oven baked taste to it which I appreciated. Definitely give Jet's pizza a shot if you want good pizza. The wait was about 23 minutes, so it'll be awhile. There wasn't much seating room so we waited outside at the nearby cafe. This pizza was great! Stopped in for a lunch special (2 slices and a drink) while out running errands. This was square deep dish pizza with a crispy crust. I just got pepperoni pizza, which really delivered on the cheese but was a bit skimpy on the pepperoni- one piece on each corner of the slice and nothing in the middle. Overall, I would rate the pizza above average because the crust is awesome, the sauce is very good and it has a good amount of cheese. After scrolling amongst door dash, none of the pizza places sounded good, but gave Jet's a try because of the 8 corners sounded good , and sure enough it was loaded with the veggie toppings, the crust ( chose garlic) was crisp but airy and the overall taste, consistency was excellent ! I want to start by stating that my sister worked at a Jets Pizza all throughout high school so my family is very familiar and loyal customers of this chain. For my sister's college graduation she requested to have Jets Pizza. Knowing that this past weekend was going to be very busy with graduations and Mother's Day, my husband called ahead on Saturday the 11th and ordered 5 pizzas around 2:00 p.m for a 6:30p.m. pick-up time. On the way back from graduation we called this location back to let them know that we were on our way to pick up our order (around 6:00 pm). They claimed to have no record of the order being placed. My husband requested to speak the manager. He was placed on the phone with a very young sounding gentleman who said his name was Jacob. Jacob took zero responsibility for this mistake. He said that "he had just gotten there at 5:00" so he was not on shift when we originally called in at 2:00 to place the order. He never once stepped up as the manager on shift and apologized for this error nor attempted to make it right! He was sarcastic, rude, and frankly this chain should be embarrassed by the tone and language he took with his customer. He needs further training in customer service and how to be a manager. We finally had to ask him, are you going to take our order now? And make sure it is ready in time? He said to give him 20 minutes and the pizzas would be ready. Because the pizza was supposed to be done at 6:30pm, we already had people on their way at this time. However, still at 7:00 p.m. we did not have our pizzas and my father, mother, and uncle were stuck sitting at this store for over 40 minutes waiting on pizzas AND missing my sister's graduation party. We had people from 3 different states in town to celebrate, friends, family, etc and instead of spending time with family and getting to celebrate this time together they were missing out on this due to your franchise's error! At the end of the day, we got our 5 pizzas (4 of which were cold...we apparently were waiting that entire time on one more pizza), over a hour late (from the original pick-up time requested), a half missed party, ended with a HUGE disappointment! Being a loyal customer of this chain for over 15 years, I was appalled by the customer service (or lack there of) and know that this is not what this chain stands for nor does this type of customer service stand at any other location I have ever used. This mistake was a joke to Jacob and because he was not on duty when we called, in his mind, it was simply "not his problem." I do not care what line of business you are in, that is never an appropriate response as a manager.
