So, where do we start? I will start by saying that my family did enjoy the Detroit style Pizza. Thank goodness, because that was probably the only positive experience. I placed my order at roughly 6:15p, with an expected pickup time of 20 minutes later. When I arrived to pick up the pizza, I saw a line, not to place an order, but to pick up their order like me. I checked in at the time I was supposed to do, and I was advised that there's a bit of a wait. I wasn't in a rush, and I'm not the type that's has a short temper, so I was fine with waiting for a little bit. As I'm waiting, I'm observing other customers and their frustration. I two separate ladies come in and the young man behind the counter couldn't fine their order, even after a payment had been pre made. I also saw a gentleman that had ordered online like I did, and he has been waiting for over and hour from the time he arrived. Needless to say, once he received his food, he stormed out of Jets Pizza as he was extremely pissed. Mind you, I'm still waiting on my order was well. When I finally received my order, it was about 35-40 after it was supposed to be delivered. So, although the food was decent, I huge on service, I probably won't be dining with at least the Jet's in North Ritchland Hills. read more

Looking for a take out pizza on a Monday evening. Decided to give Jets a try as it's relatively close and sells what they call Detroit style. We ordered the Jet 1O which is a supreme topping type pizza. That is to say, lots of good stuff. It's a deep pan pizza but it's not actually Detroit style pizza as it is made with Mozzarella and not Wisconsin Brick Cheese. The difference is significant. And it is built typical pizza style... dough then marinara, then cheese, then toppings. Detroit style pizza is built in reverse order... dough then Brick cheese (a super high fat content cheese) then toppings (authentically apparently only pepperoni, though we load it up when making at home) and then finally three bands of marinara spooned from end to end. The sliced Brick cheese is laid across the dough to cover and then laid up against the walls of the pan that so it melts down the side of the pan around and under the crust forming a super crispy, cheesy crust. Jet's deep dish pizza has a very nice, very crispy thick crust. Reminds me of that crispy, oily crust on Pizza Hut's little Persona Pan Pizzas many years ago. We found the pizza a tad dry but a generous drizzle of olive oil remedied that. Pizza was ready right on time. read more

I did a text to order tonight at 7:04pm for delivery. Text said 45 minutes. I called at 7:58pm and was told it was out for delivery. I called back at 8:13pm because I hadn't gotten the pizza yet. I was told they only had one driver and my delivery was third of four in the car. The person on the phone basically gave me the "it is what it is". This franchise has no idea of process and customer service. Does the owner even care? The staff has no structure. So word of advice when you order online and it says 20 minutes. It's actual 20 minutes x3 so plan on 60 minutes. I put in an order at 6:40pm and the system said 20 minutes. It is now 7:40pm and I'm still waiting for the pizza in the shop. Recently ordered pizza from jets in the late evening and was helped by an older woman at the counter who was the only person working strangely enough. She made our pizzas quickly and was very kind. The pizzas tasted awesome too. Great customer service! Will definitely return thanks to her. I thought it was odd that she was the only person working though. That doesn't seem too safe. read more

I have been there twice as I saw a post on social media and reminded me of lunch in elementary school pizza lunch. It was great.

Good service, reliable, great ranch. Pizzas are just a doughy mess. Not good. The hand tossed is just a soft mess. Cook it and crisp it more. Square had some good crust and is better for sure, but just mounds of dough. Cinnamon sticks are probably worst of any pizza place.. sad read more

Well unfortunately after 2 recent bad experiences we are no longer customers. Too bad to, we like the pizza and wings. Poor customer service and poor delivery issues. No communication with the customer about delays. Just tell me it's not going to be 45 mins but 90, I'll come pick it up. You have my number on the order call me. Nope. Food was door dashed which is not my choice so of course it showed up cold and missing 2 items that I paid for. No refund given yet. We'll see. Pepperoni mushroom and onion on Detroit style pizza with butter+garlic+Romano=Turbo crust. This was out of the world. #Delicious #bestpizza #nrhgem. Going into my special NrH list. Detroit style turbo crust was crispy on the bottom, pillowy in the middle. It was magic. Sorcery of some type. We were told it is made fresh daily-I believe it. Pepperoni mushroom and onion were on a bed of tasty pizza sauce and the cheesiest cheese that you have to cut with scissors when you pull up your piece. I haven't even reviewed the calzone yet!! I absolutely love the taste of this thin crust pizza. Always hot and fresh and plenty of yummy toppings. Their salads are not bad either. If you're looking for good thin crust then this place is for you. I do believe they offer thicker crusts too but not positive. read more

Do yourself a favor and order Dominos....we've tried and tried to give this place a go but EVERY SINGLE TIME we order it's always something. This particular time had to call and it's been 2 hours and no pizza, but they charged the $32 for the pizza. Last time we got the pizza and literally all of the toppings to the pizza had slid off, time before we waited almost 2 hours and the delivery guy took off from our house after delivery (with older people walking down the street) and I bet he topped 40mph by the end of the street. Not that great. Our normal pizza place was having technical issues, so I decided to try Jet's. Ordering was fairly easy, though prices were @ little bit higher than our normal place. I got a large pepperoni and a side of cheese bread for $18. The cheese bread was SO greasy! I get that cheese bread has some grease to it, but this soaked the box and left ample grease on fingers after handling each piece. The pizza was not great. It wasn't gross, but it wasn't good. My kids [5 & 2] didn't mind it, so they can have all the leftovers... I won't be back. read more

I called today, 9/22/2022 at 7:40pm, to place a pick up order. This was my first time trying to order at Jets. I asked him for his name, because i like to address people by name and know who I'm talking to. He didn't respond. I asked again he said Jett...good one. Anyways I questioned the worker on their most popular pizza. He said deep dish is what we are known for. I told him I don't eat a lot of pizza and if he could recommend something. He wasn't helpful. Detroit style deep dish was very good. And we also ordered a small garlic crust pizza which was also very good. The boneless wings were a bit smaller than other pizza places, but had good flavor. Overall, great experience and we will be back to try more. read more

I had this in Florida & was blown away by the quality and outstanding Greek salad. I had no clue these were here and happy I looked to see locations. It was just as good as it was in Florida. We ordered a large pizza and an order of bone in wings (mild). - Thin crust: half pepperoni/black olives, half chicken/bacon/Italian sausage We wanted to try something new for pizza delivery tonight and was pleasantly surprised! Pizza was hot, had great flavor and was cut up into little square bites. (Not your typical triangle cut) The wings had a great flavor too even for Mild they had a nice little kick. It is a shame that I have to write a bad review for this place, because it has been my go-to Pizza place for several years. The pizza is usually the best I've had around here and it was once delivered hot and fresh. However, the past few times I've ordered from here, the delivery has been getting worse with cold, wrong or missing items now the norm. The last time, we waited for an hour and a half for the pizzas to be delivered which was an hour later than expected. When it did arrive, a pizza and Greek salad were both missing. The two pizzas that were delivered were both cold and had been sitting somewhere for a while. We called the store and told them about the missing items and waited another 30-40 minutes for them to be delivered, however, the Greek salad was still missing. After paying over $90 for this meal, we were all very disappointed. The missing pizza was for our grandkids who were already in bed by the time it arrived. That will be my last order from this store and there is not another one close enough for delivery so I'll be searching for my next favorite pizza place! read more

Recently had an issue with a very rude delivery driver for this place. Tailgated me for about 2 miles, while I was actually going OVER the speed limit. He's flashing his lights and swerving, really being aggressive. He finally passes me and shoots me a bird! I look at his H-onda car and it has a big Jets pizza sign on the top. Further down the road I see him pull into this location. And since I'm at it - Jets is a greasy mess for a pizza. If I didn't have the rude driver experience I wouldn't have even bothered to review it. Advice to management - if your drivers are going to be representing your shop on the road and a big JETs pizza billboard on the car, educate them about how to drive. I was very hesitant to try this place but something told me to do so. So I got the small deep dish Detroit style pizza with regular pepperoni and cupped pepperoni. The slices are so large for a small pizza. Guaranteed to make you full. When I first opened it up, I immediately felt a sense of nostalgia. With the pizza table hold the four square slices together. I never tried Jet's because of the reviews. That quickly has changed!! My hubby picked up Jet's one day, and now this has become our go to pizza place! The pizza is so delicious, the crust is perfect, the toppings are delicious, and it is fresh every time! Our kids love this pizza as well, and they always request this for pizza night now. The ranch is homemade and good news, they sell it by the bottle!! It's so delicious, and if you go there and don't try the ranch, then that is totally your loss! While the pizza was good, the customer service is very poor. I placed my order on 3/27 through Yelp and paid, using my debit card through Grub Hub. When my husband went to pick up the pizza, he was told it hadn't been paid for, so, he paid for it (again) using his debit card. Both payments have now hit my bank. I called the store & explained my problem to a very nice young man. He went to get the manager to help me. He came back to the phone & said he'd been told to tell me to call Grub Hub as I stood a better chance of getting my money back. Wow. I had some recently, (not knowing there was such a type pizza called Detroit Style in Telluride) and googled "Detroit Style" pizza in DFW. Jets appeared as the best so I was all in and excited to try it!! Unfortunately they didn't deliver to my address but I was happy to drive to pick it up in hopes I'd found what I'd been longing for!
