This newsagent is definitely the biggest in Glenelg and also the oldest. There are rows and rows of magazines, cards and paper: Be careful entering with small children, you could possibly lose them. I usually drop in here in a hurry looking for some stationery item for work. It is a good work out as my supplies are usually down the back of the shop. They have a great selection of coloured paper, folders,tags etc. and I can usually find what I am after without having to venture to Officeworks. The owners are friendly and helpful. The only thing to be careful of is that I generally miss the entrance as it has a table full of gift ware, even though it is primarily a paper store, Having said that it also stocks a lot of touristy gift ware but it is not a place I would generally go to find a present. I think I've grown up saying it wrong. I've always said 'newsagency', but it seems I've meant to have been saying 'newsagent'. And what does that have to do with this establishment? Let me tell you. The word 'agent' is often used to describe one person. An 'agency' describes many. It is for that reason I think this place ought to be called a 'newsagency'. Because it's large. The largest in Glenelg. Go on, pedants: sit there and fume and accuse me or my ignorance of the proper definitions of the words 'newsagent' and 'newsagency'. You know what I say to you? I've a perfectly good dictionary sitting right beside me. I could take a peruse if I desired, but I've chosen not to in the interest of good banter.
