The one thing (besides selling clean gas) a gas station convenience center should do well is fresh, hot, American style coffee. On this one most important thing, they fall very short. Because of a part time job, I'm here at all hours but mostly afternoon and evening when I'm beginning to fade. They make their coffee hours, maybe days earlier and then the coffee sits in Thermos carafes, getting staler and staler. There are two ways to make coffee unpalatable when serving lots of people, one is to keep serving coffee that's more than an hour old and the other is to not properly clean all the equipment. Without a soapy wash and a vinegar solution rinse, old coffee oils collect and the combination of inadequate cleaning and leaving stale coffee out for a long time is this repulsive choice of hot beverages here. It's a clear sign of the end of work for the Boomer generation. The generations younger than us aren't big on the small black coffee, and the generation working here is as unfamiliar with old fashioned customer service as they are with hot coffee. I'm here often because it's close to home and work. Like most gas stations they have the standard gas and diesel pumps. They also have a car wash around back and a vacuum station to clean the crumbs out. You know what I mean. Stop eating in the car! Not only is there a Culver's with its own side parking lot, but there is also a Subway on the Jetz half of the store, with a small seating area with booths, that is half-walled off from customers. So when you want a sub but don't want crumbs in the car(seriously, stop it), have a seat and enjoy watching people zip through the lot while you have a tasty sub or salad. Ice, soda, milk, snacks, random necessities. They have it all here too. It is, after all, a convenience center. However, the prices are on the high end for a lot of those items unless you have the Jetz reward card. I don't, so I get all that stuff from the grocery store. I do however forget about mailing in my license plate renewal forms and will sometimes come here on the last day to get my new stickers. Did you know you can do that? Well heck yeah you can! I find that to be a huge convenience for my tardiness. Thanks Jetz! For those who are just passing by and stop in for gas or a bite to eat, the important feature to note is that the bathrooms are kept clean and stocked with soap. I'm not sure which half of this building is responsible for it but great job guys and gals! No one wants a filthy restroom. read more

I don't buy the overpriced food or "supplies" at a gas station unless I'm on vacation and desperate. That being said, this is a gas station. They sell gas, I needed gas. Yes, there is a Culver's attached, but that warrants a separate rating. 17/2014 read more

Every single time I come to this gas station the pumps dont work and it is a huge waste of my time. It pumps $0.17 worth of gas then stops and it won't work anymore and if I try another pump the same thing happens. I do NOT recommend coming here for gas. read more

I used to be a loyal customer, then they changed the car wash club without notice and continued to automatically charge my debit card. I thought I was paying for unlimited car washes, which is what I signed up for, but they started restricting it to only one wash per day at some point in January. They gave no notice of this change and they just happily continued to charge my debit card for the same price as I had been paying for unlimited washes. One wash per day is a drastic change from unlimited washes and at the very least they should have informed me of the change before continuing to charge my card. In my opinion this is fraud and since discovering what they did I have found their customer service to be absolutely terrible. The car wash was never very good anyway. I'm filing a complaint against them with the BBB, the state and the DA. read more

As far as getting gas and getting a car wash this place is fine. Also has culvers and Subway in it. The worst part are the video ads the play as you fill your car with gas. I hate that. I wish you could turn that off. That is why it gets only one star. read more

A gas station close to home with a Culver's and Subway inside. They usually have cheaper prices if you're able to pay inside with cash.

When these machines say "one moment please"..... i have to wonder how long this gas station considers a moment to be. such slow credit card machines! read more
