Okay I called about 3 months ago about my broken washer. They came out in about 3 days. I gave then the benefit of the doubt. This time ive called them, and emailed them for the past 4 days, and no call back at all. I just called their corporate office, dude seemed like he was in a hurry to get me off the phone. Dryer stopped working on Wed Sept 16. Called and she said she would put in order. There is a washer that is also not working in the complex. Today the 18 I had the apartment office call, and he won't be out to Monday. Totally unacceptable. read more

This company is horrible. I live in a seniors community where most of us are disabled and in poor health. We really rely on the laundry room because a lot of us don't drive and can't just go to the laundromat. There's always at least one machine that's not working. Sometimes there's more than one not working and they'll come out and repair one and leave the other. We have one that's been inoperable for over a month. The problem is that they're the only game in town and they know it. Their attitude is, if we don't like it we can just go pound sand. read more

Even one star is too much. Jetz Service Co., Inc. in Wichita, Kansas, DOES NOT take care of their customers. I washed a light blanket and a very light throw cloth. When I took them out of the machine, they were sopping wet. I live in an apartment complex and have no way to hang them out to dry. I had to run them through a dryer 3 times before they got dry. I requested a $7 refund, and was told the machine was "overloaded" and they would not make a refund. This was a lightweight blanket and a very lightweight throw cloth. There's no way that machine was overloaded. If the machine can't handle that, then their machines are garbage. I DO NOT recommend Jetz Service Co., Inc. for your laundry needs. been in this complex since August and out of 2 washers and 2 dryers currently none are working ... one of the washers shows out of order but the other one takes your money, and the water doesn't drain out so you have to wring out each item manually and then that load still takes THREE HOURS + to dry (for ONE load). After the reviews here, you know the drill. They said machines are fixed they are not. CURRENTLY AT A LAUNDRY MAT DOING MY LAUNDRY. Horrible service. We have constant issues with their machines and then we have to wait months for them to get serviced.

Washers and dryers run though this service company, the machines break down all the time, you have to load funds on a app use your Bluetooth and hope machines work, you call in a service request they tell you they will get to it when they can, they close at 4pm don't work weekends so if you're doing a load of laundry and machine stops your out $ and left will wet clothes, I am currently waiting to do laundry , called in a service request 4 days ago and still can't do laundry read more

I've lived in the apartment complex over 6 years and they raise the prices all the time the apartment complex is for low income seniors how do they expect low income seniors to keep paying their prices they know they can do it that's why they do it it's just totally not right half the time the machines are broke down. And they need to put risers on the machines for the elderly people it's very hard for elderly people to bend over to get their laundry out of the machines you would think they would be smart enough to do that especially since they raised the prices all the time do not recommend this company. read more

The dyers burnt my blankets I just bought. Called about this they came out took my blanket a fee days later came back said it was my fault that the dyers have different settings and I used the lowest they had. Made sure they were clean before I put my laundry in the dyer. So they won't replace them. My husband is a disabled veteran and has nerve and circulation issues and any breeze cold or hot hits his legs it caused severe pain so I got him a couple new blankets those were 2 of the ones ruined. It's wrong there dyers did this not me. I will never use them again I will walk in the snow or rain to a laundry mat and wash them there. Never again will I use our at my residence. read more

Poor quality machines, very poor customer service. Continued issues with pay cards. Corporate office lied on postal service as a refusal to refund money placed on laundry card to use their machines. Customer service does not communicate very well especially on important matters at hand. Several supervisors and managers on staff who do not value their consumers. My review applies to the Topeka office -- not the KC office. When I moved in (Nov 2019) I rented my washer and dryer from them The service men were professional and experienced. Also, polite. They installed both items, tested them, and cleaned up what little mess they made. They flat out refused a tip. I read the reviews and I don't know about the KC office and its workers, but I was impressed with the reps that came to my door. This company is horrific. They provide the washing machines and dryers in my apartment complex, and the machines are TRASH. They break down and need to be serviced probably every other week, and it always takes FOREVER to get someone here to actually fix them. On top of that, the machines each quarters... which, at this point, I am convinced is an intentional way for this company to make extra money. I just LOVE when I have already put in $1.00 worth of quarters, only for the machine to suddenly display the "Err" message. It's even better when two machines do this to me in a row, so I lose even more money! But rest assured, they have a procedure by which you can report problems online and SUPPOSEDLY be refunded. WHAT A JOKE!!! I have submitted claims online for each and every time this has happened to me (in the past two years, I have probably lost at least $10 in this manner... not even joking). Do you think I have ever seen a single quarter back as a refund? Nope, nada, nothing. And any time I have tried to reach out to talk to a person about this, no such luck. If you are an apartment complex, a laundromat, or any other company even THINKING about having Jetz Service Co. supply your washers and dryers, PLEASE THINK AGAIN. I purchased a property with their washer and drier. I asked them to please remove them. Find out there is a covenant running with the property AND you have to complete the 3 year contract before you can have them removed AND pay a monthly usage fee of $42.00 This lease started in 2002 and because it auto renews every 3 years you can not get out of it UNLESS you give written notice (((180 days))) PRIOR to lease ending! its 2019 now and i have to run it until March 2021! They service my apartment complex's washer and dryers. I've reported a dryer, our only dryer, out of service for three months now. Three months!!! I've called to check on it, nothing. I've seen a repairman here, nothing. They unplugged it, put an out of service not on it, nothing. I didn't want to give a bad review, but come on, do better. I've called three times. If you feel like you have had some bad customer service experience, wait until your paths cross with Jetz. This is one company that I will actually pray that goes out of business. Their contracts tie you down for eternity. Their machines are old. Their people are trained to make your life a misery. Their service is pathetic. I purchased a company that had their equipment. I asked for the equipment to be removed. They stated that had a 7 year automatic renewal contract in place irrelevant of who purchases the company. Bottom line is that you are always tied down. Their equipment is not maintained, their repair takes too long where it costs you more money. Not worth it. Go with anybody but these folks!!!! read more

We just loaded a laundry card from JETZ (the only way to do laundry in the new apartment) Put $20 on it and did a couple of loads. Then they decided to put in a new machine to load money on to a NEW card and if we didn't do $13.50 worth of laundry in a day then we'd lose the money remaining on the OLD card!! I'm calling in the morning to see how we can get credit but we were told the JETZ would probably not reimburse any remaining balances. This has to be illegal and I'm going to check into it further but they will be investigated and charged with (embezzlement maybe? :) ) or ethics violations at the least if we don't get the money back. If we had been told in advance to just load small amounts then I'd get it but this was a big surprise with no notice. I used to live in the Brookside area 1206 west 63rd street, from 1962 when my folks bought our home until the end of 2004 after I sold the home. I bought a commercial heavy duty triple load washing machine brand new from The Jetz Company for around $4500 installed in 2002 or 2003 I do not recall exactly now. What I do recall vividly is Jetz Co. sending 3 men out and in delivery truck with the triple load washing machine a week or so later. In the intervening wait for delivery I had an licensed electrician come to my home and do the 220 volt wiring for the triple load washer which was a single phase electrical requirement, the plumbing and water lines were already existing from the previous washer. I had to grudgingly assist as the 4th man in moving the triple load washer into my home, as the 3 men were insufficient and struggling with the heavy washing machine, and this was not really what I wanted to do, but to get this heavy washing machine down my basement stairs safely to the basement laundry area I lent a hand and helped the 3 men, this was not my job but a service I had paid for the Jetz employees to handle in competent manner which they did not. Looking back maybe this was as a portent of doom of things to come with this inept debacle with the Jetz co. After final install and hook up of the washer I excitedly proceeded to start to use my new triple load washer. The Jetz salesman had assured me- told me "oh yeah the triple load washing machine will work fine it will stay fastened to the concrete floor in your basement just fine". Well it lasted all of one wash only! On the 2nd use the washing machine started violently shaking and moving and thrashing about side to side, it sounded as if the house was coming down from upstairs with my wife and young 3 year old child, it was just horribly loud and noisy. The washer pulled all 4 as I recall of the concrete anchor bolts right up from the concrete basement floor. After contacting Jetz about this situation they offered to send more employees out to my home to add an epoxy glue and to reset the washing machine with better anchors and the epoxy added for extra strength, which I was going to be charged for this additional work needed. I promptly refused to pay Jetz additional monies and said I would contact my attorney if the company did not make this situation correct, and so Jetz went ahead and reset the anchor bolts with the epoxy at no additional charge. So 2-3 days after the epoxy had set up or cured, I attempted to use the washer again and within minutes of the high spin cycle starting I got the exact same results-- of which I had expected really, and when contacting Jetz again about the washer situation and that it again worked loose from the floor, I was then told my concrete in my home built in 1938 was old and weak and was probably at best somewhere around 2000 PSI in that era, and that I would have to cut out a large and deep section of the flooring and have stronger concrete like 3000-4000 PSI new concrete, probably mixed with some Portland put in this area of basement floor. I then said no I am not cutting up the basement floor and having to incur still more costs and hassle and headache. So I promptly asked Jetz to take the triple load washing machine back as it did not function as they said it would and refund my money, or do a partial refund and exchange for a less heavy duty washer that would work, as the triple load washer did not appear to all concerned as though it would ever work in my home, without much more money and effort spent which I did not ever agree to. Well Jetz refused to do anything to correct this bad situation, except to say "you bought the washer pal", so I hired the attorney at law and he looked at the sales contract and overall agreed with me as to I was wronged by Jetz Co. So we sued Jetz Company in Jackson CO Court. After a few months I got my day in court and 2 of the the Jetz employees absolutely lied under sworn oath on the stand about the entire install, the details of the install and about timeline involved. Ultimately I did not win the case the judge hearing the suit, a woman found in favor of the Jetz CO. and decided the litigation in their favor. I eventually sold the triple load washer at an auction with Sunflower Auction CO. in 2006 at much financial loss to me. BEWARE and AVOID the Jetz company for any laundry sales or service they are unethical and not a good company to do business with. Jetz refused to ameliorate the bad situation I was now in which caused me financial loss with about $5K in expenses not counting the attorney/court fees and a washing machine that did not function or work in my home as they assuredly said it would with no problems or issues while taking my money during purchase of said washer. I ended up in a lose/lose after the attorney and court costs and again resulting financial loss having to resell the useless to me triple load washer at huge loss 2 years later at an auction. read more

I live in a community for the physically disabled. Jetz treats me like I am mentally retarded. I was told that all dryers need more than one dry cycle (more money) to dry if you want your jeans and long shirts to dry. I called their regional office and was told it is the residents fault because they showed me one person who happen to overload the washer. I told them this was a systemic problem, not just due to overloading. They told me perhaps other people were underloading the dryers (yeah, whatever). I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. THAT GOT THEIR ATTENTION! Their A+ rating is going to fall real quickly if we do not get this resolved as I will start having resident issue complaints first to jetz as a courtesy and then immediately send it to the better business bureau of Ohio as that is their regional area here for places in Kansas. I do not like being treated the way I am being treated. They take no responsibility for their products and I will do everything in my power to see that they get back in line or the next time the contract is up for renewal demand that we contract with another company. read more
